We love these walkie talkies. We had one walkie talk to not work unless you use the ear piece and customer service got back with me fast and sent me a new one. They were great. Highly recommend!

The radios arrived fast, are of excellent quality, and exceeded my expectations for the price. Seriously. I was looking for radios for use during hunting, and are it. The squelch is suppressed well, the range is good, and the ease of use is well thought-out. I need help initially from the seller, and they responded same-day, and within hours. This gave me confidence in the product itself, as well as the support as needed. While there are many budget radios available, many are not worth the low price they offer them at. These are NOT them in my opinion. If you’re looking for a quality radio, with excellent build quality, and professional backing from the merchant -get these. While I initially purchased the 3 pack, I’ll likely get more bases upon the performance, value, and customer support.

I had this problem where members in our camping group would wonder off and go hiking but not understand their limits. They would travel a few miles on the path and then realize that they were getting tired and then head back. However when you live in New Mexico with the desert heat, they would learn all too fast that making it back when you start to feel tired is not a good idea. So they would wonder back barely able to walk and I often got worried when they were gone passed an hour over time.So I bought a pair of walkies for about $100 at another store. They would not work past the field and the second they were out of sight I could hear nothing. Now I thought this was a lost cause without a HAM radio set at base camp. Well enter these beauties.To test I had the group stay at camp and I went for a walk on the trails checking in about every 2 minutes. I got pas a mile and I was still able to hear them perfectly with no issues. At that point I turned around and said... perfect.Hiking groups got between 2-3 miles away and I was still able to hear them and when they issues, get in the old truck and pick them up. So for my use, these things are exactly what I needed.

We enjoy these around our property and beyond. The sound is clear. Battery life is good. Company was extremely responsive when one of the 3 units was shipped without a belt clip--they responded immediately and sent a replacement no charge that arrived within a few days of contact. No better customer service than this. Only thing I've noticed that could be better is that occasionally when you press the talk button, you need to hold it down a second before talking to make a connection with the other units.

I have been looking for a 5 watt radio solution for business and personal use for a few years now.The radios are constructed very well and durable.They were very easy to assemble and fully charged mush faster than I anticipated.I have only tested the radios up to about a mile so far and the performance was unlike any radio I have found available for civilian use.It is important to follow the charging and discharging instructions as doing so will greatly improve the performance and life of the battery.The only thing negative I can really say is draining the battery is taking much longer than I expected, which really a good thing.Under 200 dollars for 3 heavy duty and reliable radios is the best price I have ever seen.Similar Law enforcement radios start in the 500-600 dollar range for a basic radio.I highly recommend this product

These are for my bug-out pack. Wanted max power output. Bought the 2 pack of 15" high gain antennas. Upon receipt of units....I charged and tested here in the Ft Worth area. Simple to use....and I took a drive to test. Wife in house.....me in car....drove 2 miles over hills, wooded heavily, with 1000s of houses in between....communication was clear and flawless. Didn't drive any farther to test max....but know at our remote bug-out land they will likely reach 5+ miles easily. Very happy with them.

I had a few Radios that the PTT button stopped working and Samcom has taken care of the issue for me very quickly .I bought these to pair with the 9 pack I previously purchased and they all work together very well.We have been using them for about a year now and plan on getting more as needed when our crew gets bigger they will need radios as well. Samcom has been very good to work with and I will continue to do business with them.
