It was alright . The effectiveness of it didn't work to well on me only due to fact that certain ones work for certain people. You have to try different ones rill you find the one right for you that works better to help your mood and everything .

I have been taking this supplement from other manufacturers for years. I never detected an odor from any of these capsules. However, as soon as I opened the Healthy Way SAM-e bottle, I noticed an unpleasant, spoiled odor. I immediately looked for an expiration date, but this product does not have one!! It also is not eligible for return, so the buyer is totally responsible for the cost of this product even though the buyer has no responsibility for the product's quality!! This is not fair.

SAM-e is excellent for keeping me on an even keel emotionally. I've been using it for years and it never fails. Thanks for making it available.

I wouldn't say I'd never buy this again, I think it's a quality product, but the odor when you open the bottle is pervasive and the capsule is hard to get down because its so strong. You have to chug water immediately afterward otherwise your burps will smell awful. I think that SAMe has a strong odor generally and hence why it comes in blister packs sometime? Maybe Healthy Way could use a thicker gel cap with this product? It's seriously bad, there is no way to over emphasize that point.
