Absolutely awful - inedible!
These are the nastiest cereal I have tasted. They are like pebbles and I find them impossible to chew and swallow. They taste nasty with no honey coating at all. Threw the lot away! Amazon was nice enough to refund the cost with no quibble.

a wonderful breakfast cereal
Spelt is the oldest known cereal, I believe, going back two million years or so. I like to add a little extra honey , and , of course, milk. Price is good......service was excellent. What more can I say. bernard w.

Eaxpired and blan
I have received a box of 6 that expired the week before. The expiry date is actually a "best before" date, therefore I tried the product anyway and it tasted very bland, with little taste of honey.

Tasty and easy on the stomach
This makes a gentle alternative to wheat cereals if you find those bloat your stomach. I use this as a cereal or just as a snack. It's very moreish with the flavour of honey! I think it's good value for money as well.

One of the nicest cereal’s around
I’ve been buying these on subscription for sometime now. They are my favourite breakfast cereal. They retain a degree of crunch when in milk. There is slight sweetness with the added honey but it’s not overpowering or too sweet.Other members of my family have also taken to them which means I’ll either have hide them or start ordering more.
