Great quality smoke alarm. Works well with the other USI alarms on the network.
As our smoke alarms time out (they should be replaced at least every ten years) we have been buying the same brand and this model so that we don't have any compatibility issues. Our house has a lot of smoke and CO detectors, and I'm thankful to the builder for that, and if one goes off it triggers the rest to sound as well. The new USI ones have a 'locate' function that will tell you which detector initiated the alarm if you have one that is too sensitive or otherwise giving false alarms. We don't have that issue, but I will appreciate it if we ever do.

Deceptive sales advertisement.
This is not a 10 year sealed battery smoke detector, this is a cheap 9v battery replacement. Fasle advertising and seller doesent accept returns.

Great hard wired set
Ordered these to replace original detectors in house. Easy to install, interconnected and happy I don't have to worry about batteries beeping when they wear out!! So worth it!!

All the smoke alarms have an expiration dates that don't match 10 year warranty.
We have contacted manufacturer many times with no response. The expiration dates on the alarms does not match the 10 year warranty. Would really like to have a response to replace them.
