Would had been a great if only they stayed on! Been using Kins tape over 10 years
Unfortunately I have been using tape for about 10 years after severe joint damage and Several joint replacements. Let's just be honest there's a skill to properly placement and application of KT Tape. These were the perfect solution to areas or spots I left out, or couldn't properly reach area.I also use a acupuncture that these would help graph an area. The smallest sizes adhered the best, however the largest size is what I needed most. The price was great, if they would had stayed on longer than 10 minutes if at all.I lived the colors

Stationary relief for repetitive movement injury
Trying these for some repetitive movement injury on both thumbs. I felt instant relief. It still hurts with pressure, but pain went away when stationary. Do wish they came in bigger sizes to really good a good grip.

I don't know, maybe it's "magic" tape
[ITEM]: OK TAPE Cross Tape for Muscle Trigger Points and Acupuncture Points,Strong and Versatile for Home, Office, and Outdoor Use,Mix Box, 136PCS[PIECES]: 136[SIZE]: 21 mm x 27 mm (72 pcs), 28 mm x 36 mm (48 pcs), 44mm x 52 mm (16pcs)[ASIN]: B0DBHN99NL[COUNTRY OF ORIGIN]: China[EFFECTIVENESS]:I'm generally skeptical of DIY treatments that mimic professional therapies like kinesiology taping, as proper diagnosis and application are crucial. However, given the persistent neck pain that had disrupted my sleep for three nights, I was willing to try this product. While I can't rule out a placebo effect, the knot and my neck felt significantly better shortly after applying the tape (like, within the hour), and I was able to sleep through the night. Although some discomfort returned after removal, the improvement has persisted.[UNEXPECTED FINDING]:Upon removing the tape, I noticed a strange, almost black substance on it that wasn't present during application. I had showered that day, hadn't used any topical products recently, and my clothing wasn't dark-colored. I'm unsure of the source—whether it's residue from the tape, a reaction with my skin or body wash, or something else entirely—but its unexplained presence makes me uncomfortable. This hasn't happened with subsequent applications, which makes the initial occurrence even more puzzling.[ADVICE ON APPLICATION]:This tape adheres to itself very easily. I strongly recommend using tweezers for careful removal to prevent tangling.[FINAL THOUGHTS]:Despite the strange residue, this tape worked for me. I'm curious to see its effectiveness for migraines. (You can Google quite a few suggested taping points for common problems.) If it prevents me from having to hibernate under the covers, I’ll be stockpiling the medicine cabinet.

Good adhesion
I haven't used anything like this before but I have constant nagging back, rib, and shoulder pain so I will try anything. These actually do seem to help some. I'm not sure how, but after trying in several places at several times they did seem to help each time. The do adhere really well for a long while, at least 12 hours. They also come off clean without leaving sticky residue. Also, I have had no allergic reactions to these.

Easy to use, was not effective for me
This item is 136 pieces of cross tape patches in 3 different sizes. The tape patches are in a waffle pattern. You are suppose to place them on trigger points or acupuncture points or pain points on muscles, tendons or ligaments. The idea is to then "produce a therapeutic effect by stimulating specific points on the skin and affecting nerve reflexes." This is a very interesting concept, but unless I was doing something wrong, I didn't experience any positive effect. I actually jumped the gun on these patches. I thought they were acupressure patches that have a little pea that presses against a trigger point and activating it. These cross patches apply fine and stay put, but I hadn't experienced any improvements in my knee pain. Again, it's an interesting approach, but was not effective for me. Maybe it will work on others. It's an inexpensive product to test out and see if it works for you. Overall, this just was not effective for me, but it's easy to use for those that may benefit.

Maybe for muscle aches and pains
I've been using these for a while now and I've found that they help with muscle pain/aches but not with joint pain. I had some aching in my shins after working out and put these on overnight and the aches were gone when I woke up. However, I've been using these on my very painful knees for days and I'm not seeing much improvement. They stick well but once they come off, they don't go back on. They're very easy to use if you know the right place to put them. I'm a big fan of high quality kinesiology tapes - which were amazing when I pulled my Achilles tendon so I figured these cross tapes might help with other issues I was having.Seems like this is a good price for the 136 patches, but I wish there were more of the large ones. (Kinda like band-aids - if you get the variety box, you always end up with too many of the size you rarely use). They're worth trying.

Easy to use & works great
The OK TAPE Cross Tape is really easy to use, and it works great! I was very skeptical, at first, about these actually working, but they really do. I just applied them to my sore, or painful, areas, and/or trigger points, and they help with the pain/soreness. They're gentle on my sensitive skin too - I usually cannot use any kind of adhesive on my skin without some kind of a reaction, but my skin was fine using these. The adhesive is easy to apply, it sticks well, and is easy to remove. There's 136 of them total in the box, and they come in three different sizes. Overall, I think they're well made, well designed, and high quality. I'd recommend!PRODUCT: "OK TAPE Cross Tape for Muscle Trigger Points and Acupuncture Points, Strong and Versatile for Home, Office, and Outdoor Use,Mix Box, 136PCS"
