As a senior, I'm always looking for easy ways to improve my health. I bought this fantastic Under the Desk Elliptical in December 2024 after seeing several TV ads and receiving recommendations from friends. My chiropractor even purchased one for his mother, and she experienced incredible results. There's no need for reassembly, and the machine is light enough for me to move it easily while watching TV or working at my desk. I particularly enjoy the preset program that offers different intensity levels, making it versatile for my fitness needs. This way, I can exercise without sacrificing my daily activities. Overall, using this elliptical has become so effortless. My blood pressure has gone down, and I find it an effective and fun way to enhance my well-being.

My dad recently lost movement in his legs, the family wanted him to be able to get some circulation/movement, so I purchased this machine. It was easy to use and operate. It does not take up much space, the remote control makes it convenient to use, people of all ages can utilize it, and I love the fact that you can get range of motion and exercise in any time of the day or night without a lot of stress. The price of the machine made the decision to buy it an easy one. Thank you, my dad enjoys using it.

I didn’t know what to expect when I took a chance on this. My mobility is limited due to an accident I had almost 8 years ago. I didn’t want to pay $300.00 for the high end ones advertised on tv. So I bought this for $99.00 and I’m glad I did. You wouldn’t think a sitting elliptical would be much of a workout but boy this thing gets the job done. Just plug it in and go. Several speed settings, a manual function and a remote is included. It’s also made well. So if you’ve been on the fence about getting one of these, take the plunge. I think you’ll like it as much as I do! P.S. It comes fully assembled!

I've been putting about 4,000 cycles per day on my machine since I got it about a week ago, and I feel it's been helping circulation in my legs and lubricating my lower joints. It's easy to use, but the instructions & remote aren't overly clear on operations, and it would be really nice if there was a pause button during the programs instead of start/stop only, for those times when you need to get up for a moment and come right back to it. There's a small "clunk" that occurs in the same place each time round while cycling, so I hope that doesn't turn into a problem down the road, but other than that, it's smooth as butter. 4 stars instead of 5 for lack of pause button and unclear instructions.

I need to excise, but the treadmill is just to loud and South Florida is not very forgiving, just SCORCHING HOT! I setup this under my work desk, I run it twice a day. I just turn it and step, step, step... So, easy to use, don't even know that I am actually doing the excise. Set it to No5, start and when it beeps, it is a 30 minute session. Very easy natural movement, it is a great exercise machine. Very well built. The only one thing is it moves a little bit during the stepping. I just to adjusted back. I think I will put a few more rubber strip under it for better grip. Easy to use, great for my health!

I work remotely, so most of the day I am sitting at my desk. I was looking for a way to exercise while working, but I speak to others, so it cannot be intense, and it must not be heard by others. I have been looking at several items. I read many other reviews, and decided to try this one. I was hesitant to start using it for work until after I tried it. It is very, very quiet! It now lives under my work desk. I turn it on every morning before I start work. The remote is great, and I also reverse direction. The movement is very gentle, does not ever get close to making you breathless! I do kick up the speed sometimes just for fun. But mostly, I just run cycles back to back. I was having trouble with my ankles swelling up. Now that I have been using this, the ankle swelling and discomfort have gone completely. I have a friend who has trouble exercising, and they ordered one. I recommend this to anyone who sits a lot for any reason. The machine very gently exercises your legs without adding pain. I noticed that reversing direction seems to work my calf muscles more. I like that, too. Oh, and it is not heavy, either. Great product!

It should be on an anti skid surface such as carpet but still slides a bit. Your chair should not be on wheels to avoid being steadily pushed away. The instructions print is small. But when you overcome these, the exercise I better than I had imagined.
