Q: Why is this so overpriced?

It’s only $10 above msrp right now, so this is a good deal. If you buy it from UniFi direct, it’ll cost more due to shipping.

Q: Does it work with the switch Us-16-150w?

Yes, the UniFi6 Enterprise AP will work with the US-16-150W. At peak, it is rated to consume up to 22W of that switch's 122W PoE power budget. Do note, connections between the access point and the internet or other local network devices not connected to the access point over WiFi will be limited to 1Gbps up/down. While the U6-Enterprise is fully backwards compatible with the US-16-150W, the switch's 1GbE ports are a bottleneck. To access the full performance of the U6-Enterprise you need a switch with 2.5GbE ports such as the USW-Enterprise-8-PoE.

Q: Does it come with a PoE+ injector?

No, a PoE+ injector is not included. Also, if you plan to get the full speed out of this unit, you'd be looking to connect it to a 2.5Gb ethernet switch, rather than a standard 1Gb switch, so you would want a 2.5Gb PoE+ injector which are a bit harder to find. I was able to find a cheap one (no UL, CSA, or ETL certs so can't speak to its safety) for around $17. And yes, your question makes total sense lol, not sure what's up with garbs over there.
