Missing pins
Item was missing the “10 pins” had to use my own

Do not waste the money
Terrible product, “glass” is quite a cheap plastic which arrived completely scratched. Arranged a return which was never collected. Replacement was just as bad but I was desperate as this was a gift… should have saved the money towards a better version.

Substandard quality
Poor quality - The hook for hanger was in the wrong position. The hanging brackets were not even fitted on one of the frames delivered. In general poor quality.

Not very good quality IMO
Protective covering on Perspex difficult to get of as staple used to fix Perspex went through coverings on one side had to remove staples to get it all off which caused some scratches on frame which is only made MDF so makes very easy.
