Q ACOUSTICS3060s Active Subwoofer (English Walnut)

Nice design and colour. Good noise.Wee bit annoying access to switches.But Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

I purchased the Q Acoustics M20 powered speakers, but although these are a great speaker on their own I feel that they are missing a little of the lower frequency bass. I did some research and decided on the Q Ac 3060s subwoofer and it has completely lifted the overall sound experience, it’s a fantastic speaker of a really high quality, at a fair price. All you need to do is back off the crossover and bring it up to add the bass detail to your taste and bring the level up to find your own preference.

It's OK for office or a small room

Wasn't totally convinced since I'd been using a 15 inch subwoofer before this purchase. Got thus to go with Q 3020i speakers. When used in conjunction with the bookshelf speakers, this really performs well without the usual bulk of a big speaker enclosure. Nice piece of furniture. Just watched an episode of Daredevil on Netflix with some scenes containing loud thunder and this reproduced bone-shaking bass despite the size/shape of the enclosure. Really happy with this purchase and it has a much smaller footprint than my bigger subwoofer.

Perfect for us to tuck into a corner out of the way - It really compliments our bookshelf speakers which did not have enough bass to fill the room - wouldn't be without it now.

Was surprised how good this sounds for its size, fits nicely behind my TV cabinet, has added some fairly serious bass in, used as the .1 of 5.1.

I bought this subwoofer to fit in a space narrower than a conventional square subwoofer would fit in to and to combine with a pair of Dali speakers. They work very well together, the subwoofer is easy to adjust for crossover and volume and is very responsive. The quality of materials, manufacture and finish are top class.

Not what I expected poor quality yes budget but dwarfed by KEF kube
