Love this clock !Does look plastic, however for the price it is still a wonderful looking product.You can switch the cuckoo sound off or change the volume.It turns off at night as well.It’s so cheerful. I would definitely recommend.

Clock looks great, and works well..... for a while! Now the cuckoo doesn't seem to know what time it is as it cuckoos randomly which is really annoying. It has past the date I can return it too!!!

0 out of 10 arrived broken, the cuckoo door was jammed and would not open, and the hands on the clock were also broken, I was so disappointed with this product, not worth buying, so scroll along ido not recommend

Brought this as a fun item for my wifes birthday, which she loved. It was delivered on time and the clock itself was as advertised on line. A couple of things were slightly irritating, firstly the item takes 3 x C round batteries not the ones recommended on the site, and which I purchased!! Secondly, the instructions are in a version of English which made it very difficult to understand the workings of the clock set up, especially the bird!! Got it working eventually and its good fun and looks very good on the wall. All in all a fun purchase.

The clock itself looks lovely, and is well made. However, the instructions can be a bit mysterious! I've added 3 photos that may help:1: The batteries are in two groups: the left-hand pair power the cuckoo, while the right-hand one powers the clock. (So, if the clock slows, you only need replace 1 battery, not all 3.)2: The wheel for adjusting the clock hands is deep inside, roughly behind the '3' digit on the clock face.3: I ran the Japanese instructions through Google Translate, producing a clearer result than the supplied 'English' instructions!

Disappointed that the cuckoo element stopped working after 18 months.Shame as a lovely clock but not something I would want to replace after a short while.

Great cuckoo clock looks really nice and not cheap at all. Lovely colour bluegrey I bought. Turn volume up or down also it auto stops at 9pm so no waking the house up!!!

I bought this for my daughter who thinks it is great especially when it cuckoos on the hour cuckooing the number of the time. It is great fun.
