Great product. Purchased a nice top grain leather sectional , have spilled coffee and pop already on it but this cleaner cleans it up and I have no spots on the sectional. Looks new. I would recommend this product to everyone. By the large bottle you’ll go through the small one fast

Been using leather masters cleaner products for years on my car leather. They do a great job I just don’t understand how they are so expensive. I’d use it more often if the pricing was lower.

I bought this because it's the same brand that a sample of came with my very $$$$ Ekornes Stressless chairs, so I felt comfortable about its use. No free shipping (but since have found a site with free, so I'll do biz there next time), and item took more than a week. But . .. it did work well and if you follow instructions, goes on easily enough. The silly little sponge and cloth that come with it last about four minutes, so just order the bottles themselves and use a local-bought sponge and soft cloth of your own.

I had been using Lexol Conditioner for 15 years to keep my car's leather seats looking like new. Then, I found out from a friend that Lexol is not appropriate for the coated leather used in cars. After a lot of research, I learned that the correct way to clean and protect car seat leather is to use a mild PH-balanced cleaner, followed by a protective coating that keeps stains and wear from affecting the urethane coating. For cleaning, I chose Leather Masters Soft Cleaner. I follow that with Leather Masters Protection Cream. The Soft Cleaner is a mild cleaner that will get off light stains without harming the leather. I pour a little in a bowl and dip a soft, short-bristle brush in the cleaner and apply it to the leather with swirling motions to work up a lather. Once I have scrubbed up a seat using the soft brush, I wipe it dry with a soft cloth. My seats are brand new, so it is hard to say how well it will work on dirty seats. It did get off some light dye transfer that came from my jeans.By the way, when treating car leather seats. be aware that not all the surfaces are leather. Only the parts of the seat that touch your body are leather. The sides are matching vinyl. Vinyl should be treated with a conditioner made for vinyl. I use Vinylex and have been very satisfied with it. You can tell which parts of the seat are leather by pressing your finger into the surface. Leather will show tiny creases spreading out radially from where you press your finger. Vinyl will not.

When we got our leather furniture, I followed the manufacturer’s recommended care. I use this cleaner every week. The leather is clean (and it is white and we have dogs!), soft and supple. I do follow with the conditioner 2 to 3 times per year as well. The cleaner is gentle yet very effective.

I have been using Leather Master Cleaner for years now since I purchased my first leather Stressless Recliner. For the very first time I was not completely satisfied with the product. I'm beginning to wonder whether the company has changed it's formula or I just received an old bottle that the components were broken down due to the shelf life. This was my first purchase of this product from Amazon.com. Normally I purchase it at a local furniture store that specializes in leather furniture. When applying it to my sponge it was waterly and ran all over my chair not producing the foam that it should have while I squeezed the sponge to apply it. It also took a very large amount of cleaner and more than one application to any area of the chair in order to remove the soil from the leather. I was very disappointed and am considering a different brand on my next purchase of leather cleaner.
