I had a Flow 2.0 pillow which was super unbelievably expensive, and surprisingly, I like these more. They are firm enough to be supportive but soft enough to be comfy. I switch between sleeping on my side and my back, and the pillows are perfect for both positions!

For years I’ve never found pillows that are comfortable.I’m very fussy about my ‘stuff’But, I absolutely love these to a point that I ordered another set for a back up, in the event I can’t find them again!That’s how comfortable they are.Obviously, the price was great for me to order more!Thank You!

nice pillows but i ordered firm and they really are not firm, guess they need more stuffing you can add more but shouldn't have to.... so disappointed there..other then that they are pretty nice and cooling you do have to let them sit for a couple days to fluff all the way out and to air out the smell from packaging

I love these pillows! They are extremely thick and firm. The shredded memory foam really forms to your head and gives support. Hubby and I didn’t realize how bad and flat our old pillows were until our first night with these new one. We both slept so great!

A pillow is definitely subject to personal preference, but this one has the perfect amount of firmness for me. The cooling-removable cover is a great feature. It stayed cool and fluffy. Perfect!

As far as comfort goes, these pillows are great! They are firm, but also very soft and they do feel cool when you lay down. The only problem is that there is a strange smell to them, almost like a chemical smell. I open my set up and let it expand with the cover on it for 24 hours before using them. I noticed the smell right away and while sleeping it was too strong (I sleep on my stomach sometimes) and I had to use my older pillows. The smell gave me a headache. I am hoping that the smell will go away in another couple days.

I am one of those customers that has arthritis in my neck and I need a special pillow. Of how these pillows for three months they come in a set. They have the cooling technology in them even with the pillowcase on. They’re soft yet durable and if you need something for your neck of support, but your head doesn’t have to be as high Your neck could be leveled and your head could gently sink into this pillow. This is a great buy.
