This short UGREEN HDMI Extender 8K HDMI Extension Cable is WAY overkill for my use case, but sometimes you just need a TINY BIT longer video cable; anything longer will leave an unsightly mess on your desktop. As you might expect it has no problem transmitting standard 1080P HDMI signals.

I ordered an HDMI cable extender to save wear and tear on the single port on my laptop. The ports can loosen over time with regular use and elements can be bent with the simple plug in.To avoid this happening again I ordered one of the extenders offered on Amazon. I thought something wasn't right when I plugged it into my laptop and it felt loose- not the snug fit of the HDMI cable. The other end plugged into the cable to the tv snugly enough. Then I powered tv and laptop and the picture came up on the tv, then went black, then reappeared...repeat.I'm in the process of returning it and ordered this brand, hoping for a different outcome and got it!Perfect pic from my laptop to the TV!Also, the short length makes it handy to leave plugged into the laptop and avoid all the wear. If the extension wears out it's a low cost replacement.

Wanted an extender so I don’t damage my tv’s inputs, they’re so hard to get to. UGREEN always makes/has good products in my experience. This is my 3rd purchase from their brand and the quality in all has been 👌 great.

This short cable is perfect to add a little extra length to short HDMI cables. Even 3 ft HDMI can be to long so when using shorter cables that creates another problem with not enough length from them.I have mine connected to a Roku Ultra player.

This seems like a great little hdmi extension. If it's in a very tight space and allowed me to use the only HDMI port on my video card. It was able to do 4K and 120 hz with no issues.

I have bought this brand cable in different length and they all show very good quality and worked well no my needs which are simple connections between computers and monitors. At this point I say you cannot go wrong with those cables.

Good product for the price.

I tried to use this as an extender for my Roku 4K+ (the free one from Roku is on backorder) and my first 4K panel from 2018, which has oddly placed HDMI ports. However, when trying to stream Netflix through the Roku, I kept getting HDCP errors. Once I removed the extender, the errors disappeared.The cable itself is well made and cost effective, but didn't work for my specific application.
