I liked a couple of the flavors at first, but once I tried the Fruit Punch, I was hooked—it actually tastes like a real treat!! It’s easy on my stomach, doesn’t give me the jitters, and delivers just the right boost to power through my workouts. Plus, it mixes smoothly, which tells me it’s made with quality ingredients. I’m not saying I’ll never switch things up again, but I’m definitely keeping this one in the rotation. It checks all the boxes.

Over time, the main things I like to look for when I'm searching for a good product include: plenty of BCAA's, creatine that isn't part of a proprietary blend (just give me the actual mg's!), not just a blatant "give you a buzz" caffeine drink, and goodness- make it taste at least palatable!With these Super Human mixes, I think I've found the winning combo. I initially enjoyed a flavor or two, but then stumbled upon the lemonade. It literally tastes like lemonade! It's easy on my stomach, doesn't give me the jitters, and provides all the "umph" I need to get a good pump at the gym. It mixes easily, so you know the quality is there, too.I'm not saying I'll never deviate from this- because as I mentioned, I do tend to cycle on and off different approaches to gym supplements, but I'm glad this is available, as it really checks all my boxes.

The alpha punch and razzle mania pre-workout would be the best ever if it didn’t have the artificial colors (red 40, blue whatever)!! I love that it has a bit of creatine and Himalayan salt. The flavor is great, and it gives you a great boost without the jitters. It also helps me focus on my workout for the duration that I’m at the gym. I’ve moved over to Nutricost since it doesn’t have the artificial coloring.

I love this pre workout. This is the first time I am using it too. I feel that I do get that tingling feeling which is the first rush of caffeine but after that goes away, I’m so focused on my workout. I feel this product helps me sweat more while doing cardio as well because within 5 mins I start sweating which is fine with me lol love this and will definitely keep using it! BTW, I don’t use the recommended 2 scoops or even 1. I use half and get the benefits the same way.

This, for me, is a great energy lift with no hype. I mix it with fruit into a smoothie; even my wife likes it. We are in our mid-seventies.

It’s ok

Opening this at first, it had no smell and got me worried. The second I combined with water it became 100 times better. The flavor isn’t overpowering or dull it’s perfect. Plus to note it blended very well with no clumps or chunks. Very pleased overall!
