Forget the high price of HexClad
Forget the high priced HexClad. Get these! I don’t need to use as much oil as I do with my normal stainless pans. I can use almost any utensil without worry of damaging the nonstick surface. And searing proteins is quite close to a straight stainless pan. Oven safe makes more one-pan dinner/lunch options possible. So easy to clean, I’ve started cooking for lunch too!

A year later and it is still a go-to favorite!
I purchased this as a gift for my dad last Christmas, he wanted a good pan for omelets and what not. I wanted to get a Hex Clad but the price tag was hefty.. so I found this pan and the reviews were comparable to Hex Clad. So I got him one and he loves it! Still talks about how great it is. Even calls me to ask the name of it from time to time to recommend it to coworkers or family members. The Quality is great, definitely not cheaply made. Great nonstick surface, he loves making omelets in it. Also love the sleek design!

Maybe I’m wrong
In the past I’ve bought non-stick skillets from a big brand store. $25 for a pan. I make eggs in them and the eggs slide right out, no stick. I bought this thinking it would be better. Not sure what I’m doing wrong but the eggs stick everytime. They are easier to scrape off but far from non-stick. Am I missing something?

Lexi Home Pot
No sticking, size is perfect for sauces, making chili, easy to use and clean, it is heavy but to be expected but not extremely heavy.

Yes, some of the negative reviews are correct. But...
Let me start off with this statement: I hate searing a great steak on cast iron! Yes, eventually the cast iron will get a cooking service that everything does not stick to after years, but even then the clean up and re-seasoning is a pain. And of course we all know that searing in a teflon pan, no matter how good the pan, is a quick way to ruin it. This pan sears beautifully...and even hamburgers cook more evenly that typical teflon surfaces. But, yes, you have to put on some oil even with eggs to keep from sticking. This non-teflon pan is designed in my opinion for two reasons: Searing and Longevity, especially on the higher heats. It is not cheap, but so far it is excellent for what I have used it. Will keep you updated...

"4.2qt Cooking Pan" (the big sauté pan) - Excellent!
After using it daily for more than a week; This pan heats so much better than my old cheap pan that I use a full 2 numbers less on the heat dial for my junky electric stove! I used some bacon grease and got it nice and hot (not to the point of smoking) before the first use and (so long as I don't have the heat up too high) it's super slick, nothing sticks at all. GREAT non-stick coating! I only use the rubbery silicon type flipper so there's been no sign of scratching the non-stick coating. I'll never touch the non-stick with metal because that's how you ruin your pans, but this pan seems like it might even be pretty scratch-resistant even if I did. The lid seals tight, the handles stay cool, the high sides keep the grease from spattering onto my stove top. I'll be buying this kind to replace all my other cheap pans, for sure.

Beautiful easy to use non-stick surface!
I love this cookware. It heats evenly and the non-stick surface works very well with just a little oil or butter. You just have to have some experience cooking with quality stainless steel cookware. This cookware has the aluminum core which makes browning a dream. Most importantly, the surface is SAFE, doesn’t flake and is very easy to use and clean. I have tried the flaking Teflon pans and green ceramic pans both of which don’t hold up. Others who want a true non stick surface may not be as happy but this cookware is definitely worth the price and holds up better than other non-stick surfaces.

Bolts pop off when hot
I like the function of this pan and especially the high side as it cuts down on the splashing all over my stove however, when the pan gets hot the bolts holding the handle on explode and pop off the skillet sounding like a gunshot. Weird. Handle is still attached however. But it scared the bejerbeers out of me
