This has been the best shampoo and conditioner set ever!! My hair feels so soft and is very shiny after I wash it with this shampoo and conditioner set.. I have to use a little to pre wash my hair rinse and repeat.. otherwise it doesn't lather.. your hair might take a while to get used to it but it's great shampoo and conditioner and reasonable priced. I have purchased it several times over a year.. Some people are reporting that this shampoo causes their hair to fall out I DON'T BELIEVE IT.. I also had hair loss but after COVID or a sickness.. it's not from this shampoo!! Plus during different seasons people shed hair..My only complaint is I wish it smelled like coconut..

i love these sets so much and ive received compliments about the coconut scent! the only thing was that the cap was a little confusing, but i found out that you just have to tighten it so that it can be pressed completely.

I really like this shampoo and conditioner. I was nervous because reviews say the conditioner is very thick, but I’ve not had any problems. I turn the bottle upside down and give it a good downward shake before I open the bottle and that works just fine.The smell is absolutely lovely. 😍My only critique is that the shampoo doesn’t clean as well as others. As an example, I slick my hair back and spray it with hairspray every day when I go to the gym. The shampoo doesn’t wash away the hairspray like other sulfate free shampoos do. I have to use extra shampoo, which sucks because I’m using more than I normally would and this is expensive shampoo…

Okay i didnt know what do expect crom this shampoo since some of the reviews were questionable, HOWEVER this set is genuinely so good. i have thin/medium 2b-2c hair and its so hard to maintain but after just once use i noticed my hair was so soft and moisturized and far less frizzy than it is normally is with no product after wash day and my waves are defined wo mouse or oil and its fr amazing. if your on the fence about getting it just do it!!!

Recently received this item. Have used the product for a few years now, but this is the first time I tried the larger containers. The pump on the conditioner has a shorter travel distance than the shampoo and it is difficult to use in comparison. Why it would be different is hard to know.

I have young hair again! I have very fine hair and a thyroid issue that dries my hair out and causes really bad tangles! I always used Pantene and I like it but this shampoo is different! It's thick creamy texture lathers well and rinses so clean! A gentle scent makes it so pleasant!

I do not do reviews, however, I feel I must say that I love the product but the packaging and containers are defective. I had to have two orders replaced for damaged products that leaked on everything else in the boxes. Also, of the 3 products I received which all have pumps only ONE pump work! Totally unacceptable and inconvenient. These are large container and using a pump from another container didn't work, transfered to another container of course you lose product. Just a total inconvenience. I get it, stuff doesn't always work, but problems with two orders and two out of three replaced products defective. I expect that if I am paying more for a product it should be a better quality product.

I originally tried the apple cider vinegar one to help with scalp buildup and it worked amazingly. This product overall is a solid one. This specific one has a great scent is smooth and not overbearing, no residue afterward. Price is awesome!
