Abracadabra Flute (Pupil's book): The Way to Learn Through Songs and Tunes (Abracadabra Woodwind)

This was recommended by my daughters flute teacher (year 7) & she is making great progress with this book. Especially as she has no experience reading music previously. Ideal for beginners.

Required book for school flute lessons, my child has learnt well from this book and is progressing nicely.

My daughter recently started to learn to play the flute and this was recommended by her teacher. She uses it all the time ( including during her flute lesson at school). It seems easy to follow and she has picked up learning to read the music quickly. A great book that will last her for a while too as the music towards the end is a lot more advanced.

Quite a few of the tunes are well-known and enjoyable to play. The introduction of new notes is quite regular, sometimes a little too quick later in the book but that is easily supplemented, and no book is fallible. On the whole my students love playing tunes from it and it is perfect as a basic flute teaching book.

This product arrived promptly and well packaged. I ordered this for my daughter who has just started the flute and it contains everything she needs to know as a beginner. The book contains many well known songs for my daughter to play and the set out in a logical and easy to understand. Great book for flute beginners.

Bought the book for my daughter as it was recommended by her music teacher. Came with a CD of soundtracks although in the short time she played the flute I don't think she used the CD.
