You can't beat the price and ease use. No tools needed just unscrew insert wire and screw it back on and your done. Great price and great product. I liked them so much I ordered 3 more packs.

These are quite good. EZ to use. No solder required. They hold the wire tight. They conduct well and no possibility of short circuits. I'm getting them for all my bare wires...and I have a lot.

They are easy to install and work fine, but not crazy about the sliding ring

my new electronic load and new-ish power supply both use banana jacks for their connection, which is somewhat annoying since a lot of banana plugs are low quality and low current. THESE are much better. They're sturdy gold plated, with a nice springy basket on the tip, and METAL twist-down cap for a nice firm grip on the wire. (just look at those teeth!) Also the back where the wire goes in is BIG so the entire wire with jacket will fit in, even if it's 10 gauge stranded with a big silicon jacket like what I have. They plug in and don't slip out of the jack when they get lightly tugged on while I work, which is a huge improvement over the old plugs I was using that kept falling out while I worked.The barrels are color coded, but the red is pretty dark and could be mistaken for black if you're not paying attention. They ought to brighten that up a bit. At first I was thinking they're kinda pricey, but then I noticed how many you GET. ok that's a pretty good deal then.

These work great for connecting speaker wire to the back of a receiver. I have never been much of a fan unscrewing a terminal, slide the wire in the hole, then tighten back up. It's not too bad if you only have a couple speakers. It get might crowded back there if you have 7.1 Surround set up. So I just use the Banana Plug connectors and plug them into the port. So much quicker and easier. Especially if you need to get back there more often, it makes disconnecting and set back up a breeze.I like the rubber feel of these and they are very easy to unscrew and install wires.Highly recommend.

These banana plugs are simple to use. They require no additional tools. You simply insert the speaker wire and screw on the top.Using banana plugs makes installing speakers to a compatible reciever so much easier. They furthermore prevent naked wire from touching other binding posts that can cause damage to expensive electronic equipment. High recommend this product. They work down to 12 guage speaker wire.
