No playing with settings. Just turned it on poured in the resin, and boom. Success on the first print. Only ...... Extra thing I did was put a heater in it.

I bought an ANYCUBIC M3 MAX and loved the printer. Since then the control screen went out because ANYCUBIC decided to put a 4inch ribbon cable connecting it to the motherboard. Of which is easily damaged when removing the panel if you ever switch out the LCD screen. The cable should be at least 3" longer. Anyway, Anycubic decided to stop making the control touch screens as well as other parts for a printer that was released over 1.5 years ago. I still can't get a new mother board. Because the board no longer reads the thumb drives. What a joke. It is a typical Chinese made scam of a printer. They just want customers to continue buying the newest printer. I have all sorts of parts and accessories that are no longer of use to me since my printer does not work at all and ANYCUBIC has next to ZERO customer service to help. Stay away from buying ANYCUBIC.

This is my first resin printer and second Anycubic printer and so far I'm impressed. There is very little assembly needed right out of the box and setting it up to be able to print is easy and took maybe 30 mins with me being overly cautious. The print size is great but this does mean its foot print in your printer area is massive. The slicing software is good but you have to remember to tell it to add supports every time you slice a model instead of just having it as default. The auto feed function is also nice and seems necessary given the print volume, just make sure to check that it is on before every print. I would highly recommend getting the air purifiers, while they don't get all the resin smell they greatly reduce it. Honestly as long as it holds up for awhile I think Anycubic have hit the mark with this printer and I'm impressed.

I had huge expectations for this printer. I chose this over the Elegoo Jupiter because of build volume but not sure I made the right decision.So it’s big. It has tons of potential. But the all plastic build materials, no Wi-Fi, bad firmware, lack of good free slicer options, and absolutely horrible two piece acrylic enclosure are disappointing.The smell of resin will engulf any environment you put this printer in. That alone is a no go for me. The front cover doesn’t have a seal and the options for air purifiers cannot keep up with the amount of resin that this beast requires. Also, the lack of a seal prevents the printer from maintaining a constant temperature in the enclosure which is essential for consistent prints, especially when printing items this big. I have battled shrinking and warping because of the temperature variations during an extended print.The slicer provided for this is lacking options to maximize the use of a printer of this size. I have tried to use Chitubox pro but it has issues slicing and then converting to Anycubic’s specific code format so I don’t feel confident using that instead. Also the Photon slicer says the length of the print is 16hrs but will then take 21hrs to print. Weird.The firmware has a flaw. Once you start a print or go into the machine settings locally the settings aren’t saved for the next print. So make sure you go in and turn the auto fill back on or you will come back to a failed print and an empty vat.For a printer this size it’s priced very well. But the build quality and lack of options may be something to consider when deciding on this machine.

Recieved in july and did a like 3 prints which failed, assumed it was the file until now that i got told to check screen and although not clear on photo.Anycubic sent out a replacement screen, which I highly appreciate. Good customer service, I always order directly from them because they are quick to resolve any problems.

This was my first venture into resin printing and I've been very happy with my choice. I ran the cones of calibration a couple times to get the settings dialed in and have been printing almost non stop since. Ever since getting it dialed in I have been turning out amazing prints. The only real fails I've had have been support related. The autofill feature is a nice to have but not necessary most of the time. The real pull for getting this printer was the print volume. I love that I can fill up the build plate with miniatures. When printing in volume it saves a ton of time over my Ender 3 Pro. Supports are so much easier to remove with resin printing as well and the detail this is capable over FDM is awesome. The only knock against this machine was the front cover came with a crack in it, but it hasn't affected the printing at all so I can't hold that against it too much. Bottom line the machine works great and seems to be built well. For other first timers I would recommend getting some PTFE lube for the FEP film as it really does seem to help prints to release from the FEP. Also the wash and cure station may not but required, but it makes a big difference when you're printing a lot.
