Amazing value, very sturdy and comfortable. Silent and smooth swiveling. I love the ability to raise and lower it so I can eat at my kitchen counter with it raised and then lower it down so I can have my feet on the floor and I can watch TV from my counter more comfortably. I rarely give really good ratings the only thing is once you put it together it’s not so easy to get apart and there’s a little decorative ring make sure you put it on before you put the seat into the base. I’ve purchased lots of up to $300 and more stools made of wood and metal they’re all very uncomfortable the screws keep falling out this is amazingly easy to assemble snaps right in to place very well designed. Only time will tell if it lasts.PS after my review I went to check it again and the price went up... not the best thing...

I purchased the shell back chairs and they are beautiful - especially for the money. We are doing post modern industrial in our home and I was a little worried the slight sexy curves of these chairs would be too soft, but they look amazing. They are wider seats than the other styles and perfect for my large American hindquarters 😂 At first I thought they sent the wrong screws, because they seemed too short, but you have to press the stand into the padding while seating the screws. 4 screws and stand this on that - viola! Chairs! Assembly was super easy and I did them myself 🙌🏻👯 The seller even sent extra parts though I didn't request them. I just ordered 2 more for the other side of our island and once they are no longer needed upstairs, we will move them to the basement for guitar play 😊 Thrilled to get such a nice pair of chairs for Really about 1/3 the cost at other places. I weigh 250 currently (I know! 😖) and I'm 5'7", put the chairs together myself and they feel strong and secure 👍🏻 Also, I was worried about chairs damaging our pergo floors, but these have a circular base with a rubber gasket to protect the floors. I don't think you should rock back and forth, as other reviewers have pointed out, but the swivel is strong in this one, my friends 😁Plus, you can hang a Foo Fighters hoodie perfectly on the back 🙌🏻

Easy to put together. Quality bar stools.

I purchased these barstools 4 years ago, loved them, super comfortable, great quality, and this year they began to slightly peal at the seams from being using so much, so I ordered another set and they are just as great! Highly recommend, great value for the price, love the color, super easy to assemble, and they look great.

I shouldn't allow myself to be surprised any more when I buy something at super discount pricing and I get something that is super-discount quality. For the price, these are not bad chairs! They're very easy to assemble and look quite nice! The lifting mechanism is surprisingly strong and they're pretty comfortable!It is, however, extremely light (<15 pounds) and feels rather flimsy, though it ought to work better for smaller folks (I'm 6'2, 225). The base feels a little small & tippy, the column sways as I lean in any direction, and I don't expect the foot rest to last very long as the thin-wall tubing is held in place with tiny welds that don't look very consistent or strong (I have 9+ years work experience as a welder). The trim around the seat looks metallic, but it's actually some kind of plastic that can be dented with a fingernail.In short, they can sell these for the price you see because they are made as cheaply as possible while maintaining appearances. If you're expecting top level quality for this price, you'll be disappointed, but for the price, they're not that bad.
