For the money you get a great color selection, good durability, great adhesion to the bar and decent comfort. Let’s face it bar tape really only lasts for a limited time and must be replaced. You can easily pay more for bar tape that is marginally better.

Good tape. No complaints. Pretty comfy. It went on pretty easily.

I wrapped up the VNM GT Steering wheel which originally had rubbery grips which I hated because it leaves the hands sticky and also gets dirty very quickly.These wraps are cork and fit perfectly fine over the steering wheel and greatly enhanced the touch and feel of the steering wheel!Would highly recommend them due to the durability, affordability, and looks.

This tape was easy to apply thanks to good stretch, tensile strength, and adhesive, and provides a comfortable grip. I haven’t yet ridden in soaking rain to test the grip there, but it feels secure in normal use. Padding is moderate, what I would expect for a non-gel tape. No complaints based on ordinary use.The only drawback I encountered was when removing and re-applying to correct some slop in my initial wrapping. The adhesive comes away from the bar without problems while still remaining sticky, but tended to tear away strips where it had overlapped with tape on the curves. The ragged edges were covered when re-wrapping and it seems fine once back in place, but I don’t know that it would stand up to such treatment repeatedly. Not an issue of course if you get everything right on the first try, but not the most forgiving option for beginners or those out of practice.Overall I would probably rate 4.5 stars if allowed, but as is give it 4 since my ideal of a perfect 5-star tape would tolerate re-wrapping a little better. A solid choice for those confident of their taping skills.

I don't tape my bars all that often. When the old tape starts to fall apart I tend to electrician tape it back on for awhile, so I'm not the most proficient at taping. Having said that, this tape is the easiest I've run across for application - particularly if you're patient and pay attention along the way.There are some people who have published pictures that obviously know what they're doing. I'll share mine to illustrate an acceptable but not overly aesthetic application.Overall, a comfortable, durable, easy to apply classic.If you want to learn how to do this right, Calvin Jones of Park Tool has a great video on You Tube.

Love this soft bar tape.

Vibrant orange (almost hi-vis orange, but not highlighter orange). I may update my review if the durability & color is largely maintained after use.The color works nicely as a visual accent piece.The length was sufficient for me, but I wrapped these tapes on my narrow 400mm short bullhorn handlebar. It comes in two rolls & I did have about two 18"/45mm length of tapes left after I finished installing the tapes.This cork handlebar felt thick enough to be comfortable (again, may update my review after about a year of regular use).Not the cheapest handlebar tape (purchase this on Amazon for $16-$19 in 2023 while other brands offer similar product for $11), but the quality seems to be worth it so far.
