I'm not sure if this really works
I have been using these pills for a couple of years now. My wife does not use them at all. I can't say that they have helped my brain function or not. There have been times when I have run out of pills. (forgot to order them) My wife claims that she can see a difference in me when taking them vs not taking them. I don't see a difference.

Didn't believe it was going to work..but it really does!!!! Takes at least a week to notice results! But it is definitely worth it!

Results are unclear
I order this for my mother every month. If it works, in all reality we do not know, but I think it makes her feel good that I get her vitamins so that is what I will continue to do. For some reason this starter pack with book and pillbox is less expensive that just the vitamins so I keep ordering this starter pack. Perhaps she can give the pill boxes and books out as gifts.

Start taking n 40s and continue throughout. they really help your brain! Just wish our insurance would pick up part of cost
