I have an incurable side effect from the Pfizer booster jab. Ok, whatever. There is no western medicine available, and I lived and worked in China for 4 years. I’m on 100% eastern medicine and I’m getting stronger by the day. Adding this specific marshmallow root brand to my regimen has already improved my breathing and stamina. This package is supposed to be roots. It is mostly stems, but which is not the medical part of the plant. This is the waste part of the plant.

If you want tea from this you will need a wood chipper

This had large branches in the pouch to hard to break. Impossible to brew for tea.Also has a strong smell.

It’s full of sticks, will have to search for another brand.

I don’t usually do reviewsI received the package and it was definitely completely sealed I went to open it and the most rotten horrendous smell I can’t even..it was a shame because I was looking forward to adding this to my Collection of herbal remedies. Might of just been a bad batch but I am disappointed had to throw away every bit of it, it definitely had rotten I could tell from examining.
