Great vibrate colors, washes off hands, and doesn't easily dry out.

I want to be clear on my review, and state first and foremost, that I absolutely love using posca paint markers. I do sometimes use other brand paint markers for regular ole messing around, but I use posca for projects which require that I use higher quality acrylic ink. I believe at this point, I own almost every color they make, between all the different size nibs and color collections and I can attest to the quality and the consistency that posca are known for.. It's real! Very rarely do I experience a damaged or defective marker... And this purchase stands as more evidence that they are top quality.However, today I opened this package of 40 (I received two days ago), to do a color inventory, because the sticker on the back of the storage container they come in, is partially missing because the tape around the ends of the box stuck to it and ripped it off. So, I used the list from the brochure that came with it inside and also the list from the Amazon item listing, to determine which colors are here and which are not.In this set, I received 40 total markers. Each are a different color, except for the 2 Red markers and 2 Yellow markers. This means 2 are missing, which I determined are Wine Red and Sunshine Yellow. I would consider this to be an honest mistake from the manufacturer, however why this gets only 1 star from me, is because there is no option to contact the seller, so they can make it right. I have no way to let this place know that they have an issues to fix, so I have to use this review to do so.For anyone interested, this set is almost complete. From the brochure, I determined that there are colors that, generally speaking, were not included in this set of pc-3m sized markers. They are: dark blue, lavender, coral pink, apricot, aqua green. No matter how you look at it, you'll need to purchase those colors separately, in order to consider it a full set of color from the entire range.This set also provides you with the entire glitter range of 8 colors. Still, there are 3 of the 8 metallics included (gold, silver, bronze), and 5 that are not (met blue, met Violet, met pink, met red & met green). Other colors not included in the range, are 6 tones from the neon range (fluo, pink, fluo red, fluo orange, fluo lt orange, fluo yellow, fluo green), which are available in various nib sizes, with the exception of pc-3m. There are also some more unique colors to the full color range, which are available in other sizes, including Deep Grey, Cocoa Brown, Ochre, Prussian Blue, Raspberry, Ruby Red, Straw Yellow & English Green. From what I can find, they are somewhat available in open stock.Overall I'm happy with the set, but in not happy that I'll have to spend more money than what I spent on this already expensive set, just to get the two colors they left out. Lol, at least they could have given me duplicates of better colors than just straight up red and yellow. I think I use them least of all. Some might say that isn't worth giving the product 1 star. But to be, spending this amount of money on an art supply with 40 pieces, I do expect it to be in order and correct by the time it reaches me...or at the very least, that it provides me with a way to contact the seller, so they may rectify it. That lack of available customer service on a typically 5 ⭐ product, deserves just 1 ⭐ from me, for sheer frustration.Just something to consider, when making this purchase. If it goes wrong, it's on you.
