I purchased this item to connect a Surface Go 3 to a second screen via an HDMI cable. It arrived swiftly, plug and go installation was very straightforward and it works perfectly

I purchased this item about a month ago, it's been working fine, although I have had the occasional challenge with my computer running slower every now and then; but it usually only lasts a handful of minutes, and I know extending to two displays instead of my normal one extra display will cause performance issues, so a handful of minutes once or two a day of slowness I can handle for the benefit of three screens in total.Logging on this week, however, I'm coming upon my first issue; the third display will only duplicate from the second; it won't extend. Windows won't recognise that second monitor.It will recognise it, however, if I use the original HDMI port for it on the laptop. Computer has been switched on and off numerous times, I've gone and updated to the latest Windows etc; Google'd the problem to see if other users have had similar issues to find a solution, but unfortunately I'm not seeing one. I left it a few days to see whether or not it was just a one time issue, but unfortunately looks like it's permanent.So, I'm still able to use one port, and the other HDMI cable is able to go into my laptop so giving 4 stars as I can still get what I want out of this product

Worked fine to begin with but about a month ago started to only work when the lead was in certain positions then has not stopped working altogether. Would expect more than 3/4 months out of a product at this price point. I only use it at most 3 times a week so not getting overly used.

Good packaging, quality build, good price ! What more can you ask of a cable?

Since I bought it, I have Had to move the cable sometimes to ensure the connection was working well, now after 2 years, it stopped working. Not ideal
