Great product. It does its job.

So far so good. It's plugged in and it's emitting a blue light. That attracts the bugs over to it and then they get stuck to the paper and I guess they starve to death or something. As far as I can see, it doesn't look like if there's any sort of device that kills him or anything, but it's just a smart way to get all of the insects into one place and not be able to get out which I guess is the intention behind the design. The build quality on it seems really good, and as far as I've seen, it seems like that it's really effective. It's similar to one of those air fresheners that you plug into the wall except it emits a blue light that also acts as a night light.

Omg what can I say?! I was so skeptical. This thing WORKS!

I know how helpful pictures are for believability, so I’ll attach one! Don’t judge me, I had no idea what these were for the first couples of weeks. So yes they overran my house for a bit. But that is no longer! We are now free from the clutches of these nasty little 💩’s.I recently moved to Florida, and never in my life had I experienced so many (what I thought were gnats - I’m still unsure what the hell they actually are 😂). For the life of me I couldn’t figure out where the swarms of these pesky little things were coming from. I am originally from up north, where the only things that resemble them that we get are fruit flies. I couldn’t figure out why they were everywhere when none of my fruit was rotten or even remotely bad. Until I did some googling and found out these little demons are called Drain Flies. They live and breed in your drain, lay eggs and come out in SWARMS. I tried every remedy to kill them off. I cleaned my drains, I poured all kinds of chemicals down there. I googled every which way to kill their eggs, catch them. Tried the whole apple cider vinegar, water and soap trick. Where the apple cider vinegar is supposed to attract them, and the surface tension of the soap is supposed to get them stuck and they sink into the water below….noooope! Nothing worked. I’d still see them flying all over the place in my peripheral vision, and to top it off I now had a nasty little vinegar cup hidden in my corner smelling like dooky. I, like every other rational person, ran to Amazon for a solution. And I found LOTS of them. My first go to was going to be that light and fan thing, where the light attracts them and the fan supposedly sucks them in to their demise. I really didn’t care which one I purchased, as long as it worked. I saw the reviews and pictures of this one and figured I’d give it a go, and if this one didn’t work, I’d try the other one I mentioned.Day 1, the first few hours, it caught absolutely nothing. And I thought “greaaat. This thing isn’t going to catch anything and I’m gong to have to deal with this pests for another few days while I wait on another order”Day 2. I woke up, not expecting to find anything, and lo and behold, there were 10-15 flies on it. My prayers had been answered!Day 3. Not going to lie, I forgot I had it plugged inDay 4. I checked again, and this is what I found. The picture attached. Absolutely gross 🤢. Don’t ask, I have no idea how all these nasty little creatures lived in my sink without my knowledge. I must just be that blissfully unaware. I thought I only had a few…clearly I was wrongI’m on like Day 10 now. I waited awhile because I wanted to make sure it continued to work before posting this review. I haven’t seen another fly / gnat besides in the trap, since Day 4, nearly a week ago. Not one. However, the trap is still lit up, and still as sticky as it was on day 1.There is a faint blue glow, it’s a pretty pleasant. It’s just like a night light. It makes 0 noise whatsoever. It’s SO easy to remove and replace the sticky pad. You pull the stick piece up out of the part that attaches into the wall, and slide a new one in. So simple, yet so effective. If you’ve had these nasty little critters flying around your home for far too long now, try it. You won’t regret it. If it doesn’t work in the first spot you put it, move it around. These things supposedly come out of the drains, yet for some reason it catches far more in my bedroom outside the bathroom. So find what works for you. Also, it turns sideways if need be. So if you have a sideways plug, you can still plug it in and swivel it so it’s face up!I hope this review helps some of you choose this, and rid your life of these nasty little buggers!!

Works Well, But Needs Better Value

This plug-in bug trap really surprised me with how effective it is. The built-in bug light draws in flies, gnats, and other small pests, and the sticky trap does the rest. It’s compact, quiet, and doesn’t stand out too much on the wall — which is great if you don’t want something ugly taking over your outlet. The reason I’m knocking off a star is the value. For the price, I expected more than just one sticky trap included. It fills up quicker than you’d think, and replacement traps aren’t cheap. So while it does work very well, you’ll need to factor in the ongoing cost.Great product — just wish it came with more refills to justify the price.

Be patient, move it around a few times, and wait.

At first we were a bit disappointed because it wasn’t working, gnats weren’t going in there we tried it in several different places in our living room & dining room. Then I moved it back into the living room in a different spotand Boom it’s working great. This is just my opinion but once one landed, it seemed like any other gnats that came in went pretty much straight to it. We are full time rver’s and we Do Not leave our tanks open, but they willget in. I actually stopped buying banana’s due to gnats. And I wash my bananas immediately and wrap the stems in saran wrap. So im doing my part. Zevo Flying Insect Trap does work you just have to give it a minute. Im glad I ordered extra cartridges. So I give it a 10/10. I am already thinking of getting one to put in my outside kitchen.

One of My Favorite Purchases

Every summer we end up with a fly problem in the house. I have no idea how they get in, but they do, and once they’re in, they multiply fast. I bought the Zevo Indoor Fly Catcher and honestly it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made. It was super easy to set up, you just plug it in and let it do its thing. Every time I go to change the sticky pad, I’m amazed at how many flies it catches (way more than I even realized were in the house). If you’re dealing with flies or other flying bugs inside, I highly recommend giving this a try. It works really well and makes such a difference.

Get rid of fruit flies then buy one

This is probably the best $20 I’ve spent in the last 30 years. The Zevo Flying Insect Trap really does its job—and fast. I’ve had it running for just three days and the filter is already nearly full. It’s caught a surprising number of fruit flies in that short time. I’m already planning to order replacement filters because this thing is clearly working overtime. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with pesky indoor bugs!

Works well but it’s glorified fly paper.

Zevo works well catching flying insects. But it bothers me that I'm torturing insects by catching them on a sticky piece of plasticine and they starve to death. I'd much rather kill them quickly. I know that sounds weird. You just plug it in and remove the protective sheet and let it be. The flys are attracted to the blue light and they land on the sticky sheet and that's it for them. It is rather expensive and so are the refills. So I may try some of the off brand replacements.
