Working like new!
Our automatic sun shade on patio is only 5 years old and stopped working, even after replacing the battery and resetting. Now it’s working again with the new remote and took less than a couple minutes to reset.

Works for old sunsetter
Our sunsetter was installed a few years before we moved in and it worked when we moved here and then it just stopped. Tried reprogramming with the original remote and couldn't get it to do more than jog so we gave up. 4 years later I randomly decided to try a new remote and it works again!! Had to Google better instructions for set up but I'm so happy we have our awning working again!

As advertised
The remote arrived well wrapped and protected. Pairing with our existing remote was per the instructions and very easy. RTR

Poor instructions.
The instructions were very poorly done. I ended up going online to try to get the remote paired with the awning. There were various different instruction videos, and they all didn't have the same sequence of instructions. It took me about 4 or 5 hours to get the remote programmed.
