I have a modine “hot dawg” heater that had a bad flame sensor. Instead of spending $70 for a factory replacement I picked this up. The only difference was the mounting holes are in different spots. Once I figured that out my heater fired up no problem!

Flame out sensor fits existing unit and works as described. Fixed the issue.

Worked great for what i needed

Great replacement for my goodman furnace. Since I bought this several years ago my furnace has been replaced. This was easy to install for a woman.

Was told by an HVAC guy over 20 years ago that it is always best to replace the Flame Sensor and Igniter yearly on your furnace. He said these are two of the hardest (next to the blower) working pieces on the unit. And the two things HVAC companies make the biggest profit on for service and upcharge. That advice has saved me thousands over those 20 years. Years ago you had to know someone in the biz to get these parts. But it is so simple nowadays to buy them on the web. My only wish is that Amazon would stop putting delicate ate stuff in padded mailers. these really need to ship in a box wrapped in bubble wrap.This is the perfect OEM fit for my Goodman model furnace. As always one of the easiest installs, and will save you in the long run from having to hire an HVAC person to install. Minimal dollars for peace of mind, I always have a spare on hand, just in case there is an issue. I clean the installed one each month of use in the cold months. And then replace it with a new one in the spring each year.Tons of installation videos on the web to make this one of the easiest things a consumer can install.

I have no idea if this product is OEM or not but it exactly looks as same as OEM one. And It fit perfectly and works very well. Many Thanks to this product. Now my family could sleep well in cold nights.
