A little flimsy
On the plus side, this does a nice job of cooking the kebabs in the oven.On the down side.... it's an absolute swine to clean when the inevitable marinade drippings get baked on. It's surprisingly large, slightly smaller gaps between the kebab groves would prevent it overhanging even my largest oven trays which leads to a bit of overspill onto the oven floor and a bit of a precarious balancing act on trays with sides or raised lips.Having said all that, I do like it and it looks quite cool if you put it on the dining table for serving (do warn the guests about the potential for burned fingers!)
