*UPDATE* Purchased this chair in February and it is already broken. Didnt even last 6 months. Very disappointed and a wasted $200. To start out I'm 6'1 and weigh 350lbs. It's no secret I'm a big boy. I just finished putting this chair together. Very easy to get set up. I'm impressed by the quality of the chair. Very sturdy and very nice looking gaming chair. However this chair is more likely to fit a tall person than a big person. The sides of the chair put pressure on my fanny and my hips which makes it a little uncomfortable. That being said this is a great quality chair and is beautiful, but if you have a big butt and wide hips, know that your caboose may struggle in this chair. This chair is absolutely amazing. feels sturdy, was easy to put together (took me all of 10 minutes by myself) and is very comfortable. the arm rests are a little hard but if you get them adjusted just right they are fine. the lumbar pillow was completely pointless, far too large for its purpose so i simply took it off, it is just clipped to the chair and can be removed without the use of scissors or anything. The neck pillow is just about at the right height when i have it pushed up as far as i can get it and is very soft. To the chair; the seat is comfortable, with the lumbar pillow out of the way the seat is deep enough for me to sit all the way back and maintain a good posture while still having my legs in a comfortable position. the memory foam can get very warm if you sit in the chair for prolonged amounts of time (a common issue with memory foam) but isn't a problem if you just get up for a minute or two every hour. the metal base and all feel very sturdy, I am 6'3" and 235 lbs and when I collapse in my chair after work it does not even seem to notice my added weight. Feels like this chair will last me far longer than my old ones have and is far more comfortable, I would definitely recommend this chair to any of my friends that are my size or larger, or, are as hard on there things as i am.

My chair arrived today and I have to say "man, this thing is HEAVY!!!" 58 pounds of heavy. I happen to be a big guy, so it wasn't a big deal. Once opened, the first thing I noticed was how solid everything felt. Good construction all around. The base, piston, seat and back, all seem to be well made. The armrests seem a little less well made in comparison to everything else, but they are functional. Once I started to put this together, I ran into a little roadblock. The instructions are a little hard to follow. Not impossible, just takes a little trial and error. The next thing I noticed was how big the screws were. Never seen screws this big on a chair before. I'm talking if the Titanic had these screws, she would still be sailing today. Ok, that's a bit much, but you get the picture. The only real problem I had was securing the plastic covers on the seat/seat back assembly parts. The screws needed were a bit small and it was difficult to attach. But, I made it through and got the chair assembled. The first thing I had to do was lose the lumbar pillow. Not because it wasn't functional or didn't do the job it was intended for, but, due to a lower back injury, the pillow pressed on just the wrong place. No biggie, just took it off. After sitting in this thing for an hour, I can tell you it is very comfortable and VERY supportive of my back. One minor issue is the seat. I'm 6'3" and 300 pounds. The seat is fine but the wings on the seat are a little tight. I know, I know....Just lose some weight and it'll fit better, right? Working on it.All in all, a fine chair and well worth the money spent. With the way it's constructed, I feel I'll have this chair for a long, long time.

I bought this product in hopes of a great midline gaming chair. Something I could sit in for hours and be comfy. Being a bigger guy, in terms of height and weight, purchasing stuff is always a challenge. Will it fit? What areas do and don’t fit? On initial inspection the chair seemed ideal, big and tall and built for people like me. Got it no problems and built it easily, but the wings (the curves on the edge of the seat) on the seat take up 6+ inches of room on the seat. So while the seat may say 20 inches it only has somewhat 14 inches of actual seat, making sitting in it impossible. So if you have bigger thighs or are a heavier set person, don’t buy this chair. You won’t fit. I attempted to return the chair, but was informed that I would have to pay for shipping and return chair in all its original contents. Making returning seemingly impossible, because shipping is super duper expensive. If you want a solid chair and have a body frame like me I highly recommend a flat seat bottom, and a chair of similar build everywhere else. Not this mismatched hunk of metal.

Junk. I mean, I could write a thousand word essay, but you just need to know quick facts. This chair is junk. Bought it for my girlfriend to game with me, she is the only person in the house who uses it, and she weighs in at a whopping 110 lbs. The weld failed on the bottom of the chair while she was reclining, and caused her to fall out of the chair. Luckily she didn't hit her head on the corner of the nightstand behind her. I am in attempts to warranty this to get my money back.

I bought this chair because the online description said good up to 400 lbs. The instruction book that came with the chair says only up to 300 lbs! I'm 6'4" and only about 275 and it feels like its going to break everytime I sit in it. It creaks and feels like its going to fall over if I lean back at all. And yes, it is put together correctly. Plus 2 parts were missing. The company said they are shipping them to me but haven't seen or heard anything. Now I'm stuck with it because you can't really take it apart to ship it back, plus box was damaged on delivery beyond returnable condition. Don't buy!
