It comes along with an artificial material pouch with carrying string.FeaturesBPL Smart Oxy Finger Tip Pulse Oximeter can measure SPO2 value, which is blood oxygen saturation. It also gives a reading of pulse rate, perfusion index, and plethysmograph. The accuracy of this pulse oximeter is ±2% which is decent for everyday usage.You can also set the alarm function, which will start beeping when the SpO2 value goes below 94% saturation or the pulse rate goes above 130 or below 50 beats per minute. This setting can be changed from the settings menu to suit your need by increasing or reducing the alarm limit.The brightness of the display can also be changed, but the default brightness of 4 is more than enough for routine usage indoors.I have also used Dr. Trust Professional Series Pulse oximeter, and there is hardly any difference between the two apart from an extra button for the settings on the latter.VerdictOverall BPL Medical Technologies BPL Smart Oxy Finger Tip Pulse Oximeter is a good buy, but the price according to me is high.

Pretty good quality. Work perfectly. Accuracy is very good. Easy to use. Design is very good. Reading is slightly slow other wise the product is genuine and accurate readings provide. This pandemic situation it is very essential for people. Lynyrd quality is poor. Good quality pouch provides. I would like to inform Amazon Customer Care that I have not received any invoice in my product so pls. look in to the matter in future when warranty claim in my product. Got this product at ₹ 2207 for personal use (usually 3-5 times a day) and Writing this review after 1 month of use :-Pros-1) Easy to use - You just need 2 cell to put at the back which comes with the package and then after turn on the button to use and put your finger. Not need to turn it off as it gets automatically switched off when no finger is placed. It gives a warning sound if Spo2 and pulse are not in normal limit.2) Accuracy- I checked it with Oxemed oximeter and it gives exact same result. However it may vary at times but overall it is pretty much accurate.3) Durability- haven't tested it yet but I advise it to use carefully.4) Value for money- I got this in sale price at ₹2207 It is best value for money oximeter at this price range.Cons-I have found only one con which is time. It takes a bit more time to calculate Spo2 and Pulse as compared to other oximeter.

The first item delivered was defunct, so I asked/got a replacement and sent back the old one. The new item works very well and is easy to use.The HR measurements are reliable. For me, it takes about 5 seconds to get a reading. The display is a bit small, but the numbers are very readable. The screen also has many display orientations, which is very useful for me. There are also 5 different brightness settings, very useful to save battery. Hopefully it lasts long.Having used it for a few weeks, I decided to change my rating to 3 stars from 5. This product works very well to take one time measurements in relatively static/stable situations - when you don't expect much of a fluctuation in the readings. However, it is unreliable for taking continuous measurements (for monitoring purposes) in situations where the readings are expected to change.So if you are exercising and want to see how your HR increases, or how the HR decreases when you relax after an exercise set, this is not the right product. I often see the device showing a decreasing or static HR reading when in reality my HR was actually rapidly increasing because of exercise. Hence the reduction from 5 stars to 3. I don't think the product is designed to be used in such situations. The description should have been clear that it is not designed for such use-cases.In such situations, the only solution is to remove it for a couple of seconds and then put it back on again. Very clumsy workaround, but what's the alternative..But for taking one time measurements, it is a really good device.
