I bought these notebooks as gifts for my Dungeons and Dragons party members so that they can make notes on their adventure. Chose these because they looked so authentic and apt for the medieval fantasy setting. The product totally exceeded my expectations.I bought 4 books in total. The engraved leather covers of each book had a slightly different celtic/floral design, which I love as it adds character. The texture and colour of the leather also differs ever so slightly, but I think that adds to the authenticity. Each notebook is pocket sized, and can be wrapped closer with strings tied and attached to the covers - a very unique way of securing the notebook.The paper pages within the notebook itself is rough and textured, which I absolutely love as it feels so hand made and authentic. The pages are secured by staples in the middle. It’s a little hard to wrap tightly closed, but that’s no problem with me or my players.All in all, amazing product. So authentic and hand crafted. Totally worth the price. Will definitely be buying more of these for future campaigns and suggesting it to other DMs!
