Worst buy
Worst quality of an ortho product a patient can imagine. World's most ridiculous and shredding Valcro - fragments of it on my neck upto my eyes each time.

Replacent
We should have exchange the product with correct size. By checking the pictures while ordering will not serve our purpose.Now I am unable to use this and no replacement option is availble on this. So 100 % money wate on this product

Quality Could be improved.
Could be more comfortable if the material was cotton instead of synthetic.The Velcro is poor quality as pieces of plastic keep coming off and stay on the neck.
