Great Customer Service
The media could not be loaded. Beautiful. Heavy metal. Quality craftsmanship. But it had a drip issue . The company responded right away asking for a video of the dripping. After I sent it they offered a full refund which I accepted. They issued it immediately! Impressive.

Write up says overflow when it came the plumber took it out and it was not for overflow had to use anyway cause I was not about to tell plumber to come back it would of cost me again

Sehr schönes Design!
Die Mischbatterie kam gut verpackt an. Für den Einbau liegt eine allgemeine Installationsanleitung in deutscher und englischer Sprache bei. Der Körper besteht aus Messing, der Hebel aus Zinklegierung und beide Teile sind mit sehr hochwertig wirkender Verchromung versehen. Die Anschlussschläuche mit 1/2" -Gewinde und 60 cm Länge sind blau (für Kaltwasser), bezw. rot (für Warmwasser) gemustert und werden von Hand in den Batteriekörper eingedreht. Für den für Warmwasser vorgesehenen Schlauch ist das Einschraubgewindeloch mit einer roten Markierung gekennzeichnet. Zur Anpassung an einen 3/8"- Anschluss am Eckventil liegen zwei Adapter bei. Für die Reinigung des Perlators gibt es ein Werkzeug zum Abschrauben. Bei bestimmter Stellung des Hebels treten allerdings etwas lautere Durchflussgeräusche auf, die allerdings für mich nicht störend sind. Hinsichtlich 90 Tage Rückgaberecht und 10 Jahre Garantie kann ich den Kauf dieser formschönen und edel wirkenden Waschtischarmatur auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Beautiful & quiet faucet
I've installed a handful of bathroom faucets in the past few years and this one is by far one of the best! The water flow is not loud like some of the other Chinese designed faucets this one is actually quite quiet! The water flow is actually pretty smooth and does not appear to function like traditional faucet flow. I actually like it more than others but that's my my personal opinion.
