I love this jam and even more the blueberry one. They are delicious and use Xylitol, which is the ONLY SAFE sweetener available. Of course they are pricier than the common jams you can buy at the grocery store for 2 bucks. Unfortunately, Xylitol is still every expensive. Hopefully the price of Xylitol will go down as more and more people consume it.Aware of the general damage sugar causes to our bodies, I refuse to consume sugar. No, I am not diabetic and I do not need to lose weight. I am simply protecting the only body that I have from the ravages of sugar and other dangerous sweeteners.I have ordered this jam from Amazon but the price from some sellers is ridiculously high, so I order from Vitamin Life.

tastes good but if you eat much of it budget time for lots of bathroom breaks.

I was surprised by this product as I didn't know what to expect but I didn't want to buy jam full of sugar so I thought I would give this a try. What a great product! I will definitely be purchasing this from now on!

The flavor is NOT fruity. I'm not sure what it is...but not yummy at all.

I specifically ordered the raspberry flavor because with sugar-free jam, I've found that to be the richest flavor, but this was a real disappointment, as it was almost flavorless. Would not buy it again.
