I'm not an Olympian Athlete, so I don't need the fanciest, longest wearing tape available. I'm just a regular gal, who needs knee support while running a few times a week. That being said, this tape is great, especially for the price. It has nice stretch, easy application and a very *strong* hold, lasting about 3-4 days between showering and changing pants. I have hyper sensitive skin and yes, if you yank this tape off too quickly or roughly you will see a bit of a skin reaction. However, I remember my skin reaction looking much worse from using KT brand adhesive in the past. I use an oil cleanser and try to get it soggy in the bath or shower to loosen up the adhesive before removing and have had much better results. Overall great value, especially for the casual athlete.

Superlative, best Kinesio tape I have used and I have been using and tried many ofthem all for past 8 years. The tapes stick the best, the pre-cut tapes save valuable time and prevent waste from inefficient cuts. At 1/3 the price of the competition, this is the best value for the price I have found.

I have a knee injury, following a car accident. Permanent nerve damage. I wore knee sleeves for two years, though they helped, they slipped and pinched with exertion. This tape has taken the place of the knee sleeves. It does not roll out of place like some others I have tried. I am very happy with this stuff.

I change the tape about every other day depending on what I am doing. But it helps so much for my arthritis. I put it around my wrist and also between my thumb and index finger and the pain is gone. There are times I forget about putting the tape on and I can't figure out why I have pain. Put the tape on and its find after a few minutes.

This tape is good for healing injuries from regular gym workouts - if put on correctly with the insert, the tape lasts 3-5 days even on the knee areas (daily bending to say the leasts), it helps with decreasing swelling, and supports the joints and muscles to heal while you work out, too.It helps me walk and heal, it helps me work out without a limp, it eases my pain and swelling, and I will continue to buy it and use it for as long as I work out!

I have tried different types of K tapes for my ankles and feet. Typically they only last a day or two, unless paying big $$$ for the good stuff. These rolls were a great surprise. They locked in tight and stayed on. The key for me was scrubbing my skin to remove oil, drying thoroughly, and being patient putting on. Rub and heat the tape with friction. I found that if I put a sock on after that, they would last 3-4 days, even through showers. Just carefully dry afterward. I have a nagging ankle injury and this stuff is giving me support so I can heal without spending a lot of money. I threw a roll in my soccer bag for my team too.

These pre cut stretch bandages are the best I have ever used. You get just enough bandage to cover gause and adheres to you skin firmly. It even lasted through a shower if your careful. It feels great on your skin and when you change it , one quick peel no pain, just slight discomfort. My DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) who the only double board certified in professional sports training rehab PT in Philly, now uses it with his patients. Loves it. Will buy again

Amazon has the best prices I have seen for Therapeutic Sports Tape. I don't really mind what color i buy as long as it does the job so if it's green and its 14 bucks I will take it. The tape is great quality. My brother actually had it on for like 3 days and it didn't come off. Yes he showered with it, but didn't rub the soap hard in that area, nor did he put any lotion on. So that helped. Either way, 3 days is quite a lot.
