Aveeno Apple Cider Vinegar Clarifying Shampoo, Shine Enhancing, 12 fl oz

As someone with a lot of fine hair who struggles with it constantly being oily no matter what I tried or used.. this finally did the trick. I try to go for as long as I can without washing my hair (because apparently it’s good for your hair) but can never make it past 48 hours. Dry shampoo.. nothing works. I looked into it and saw that clarifying shampoos help with people who struggle with this and looked into different brands. (I also learned that people w/ oily hair just have to wash their hair more and it’s fine). Well this Aveeno clarifying shampoo w/ ACV seemed to have good reviews and it was affordable so I said, “why not.” I’m glad I did because this is my go to shampoo for the foreseeable future. It lathers so easily compared to other shampoos where I normally feel like I need so much product just to get it to lather. My hair finally feels squeeky clean after washing it with this shampoo. Also, I read some people don’t like the smell.. i personally like the scent. But to each their own on that one.

Oily hair users unite! Y’all! I have been looking for something to help with my oily scalp and build up feeling hair for years! Everytime I finish washing it and go to dry it. It still feels unwashed. I decided to try this combination of shampoo and conditioner on a whim.. y’all when I say I felt a complete difference as soon as I started drying it! It didn’t feel heavy. It felt smooth and not gross. My fingers would run right through it with no issues. I am shocked. Totally worth it! No oily residue. Completely shiny and feels so lightweight and moisturized at the same time! I hope this helps other oily hair users out there looking for a cure!!

The texture of my very fine hair greatly improved with the shampoo. Hair feels much cleaner. Pleasantly scent.

Oddly, it’s something most people wish for but we have very “soft” water at our house. It’s incredibly hard to wash out/off soaps and shampoos leading to heavy greasy feeling hair even fresh out of the shower.This shampoo makes my hair feel clean!! Finally!

Have this shampoo on auto ship. It’s the only shampoo that my daughter can use that doesn’t leave her hair feeling greasy and frizzy.

We wanted to love this product by Aveeno. It left our hair greasy and not clean feeling. Not any scent. Very thick shampoo- only a little dab will lather up really well.

This is my first time trying Aveeno's clarifying shampoo.I wanted to try something different and knowing how well apple cider vinegar works for cleaning all types of things it seemed like a no-brainer for a deep cleaning shampoo. I have long dry,frizzy, wavy hair.I have to straighten it with a hot iron starting with a generous amount of heat-protecting serum to prevent damage.After i'm finished styling my hair I use a quality hair serum for shine and keep the frizzies in place.This is a glimpse into what i'm dealing with. I wash my hair every 2 weeks using dry shampoo and more serum at the ends.As you can imagine after 2-2.1/2 weeks my hair is ready for a good wash to remove all that product without stripping the moisture. This shampoo is my #1 new favorite cleansing shampoo from here on out! It smells fabulous but not too strong and it has a nice soft lather that i LOVE in my shampoos.It's an extra special surprise coming from a clarifying shampoo.Many times they aren't very sudsy and my hair would have a dry-ish "squeaky clean" type texture after rinsing.This one was soft right after rinsing.Btw...as dirty as my hair gets I expected to have to wash it twice but it wasn't necessary. Once is all it took. Plus this bottle will last me forever since i only need it 2x a month.Coming from a life-long hair-wrangler i give it an A!!!

I found this by searching ph balanced shampoo. I read that ph balanced formulas would help with scalp irritation. Using this soothes my scalp and makes my hair feel sooo clean. And the smell is lovely. I don’t use it every wash but I keep it on hand to use every few washes. For reference I have oily roots and sometimes flaky areas on my scalp, and I use a scalp brush with this shampoo.
