You know what? I am a fan of this light fixture! Like a big fan. Because you really have a lot of options. I have one in my hallway. Which yes, is narrow space, because: hallway. But in my boys' room I have one. And their room is a large square space, with a bunk bed! A BUNK BED. And I think they like it. Both are an improvement from the prior one bulb, glass covered light fixtures.Maybe it is because I am a outside the box/ creative type, or maybe Led bulbs with no heat make my life easier, but these have made my life so much better. These were SO easy to install (by myself). I can change the light bulbs super easy. No light cover, but no glare, and SO much light! Biggest thing is I can choose how much light, and WHERE I want the light and no biggy if one burns out. No, favorite thing is I can see if room needs to be cleaned/dusted....No fave is knowing if the bulb not working or its the light fixture...Extra plus: Don't quote me on this, but I suspect when you install the fixture, you can fiddle with the arrangement of 'light arms'- if you had something in mind for your space. ONLY when you are installing and SAFELY!I planned on it but found the configuration workable. Plus I already skate the edge of my family's comfort level of conformity/conventional. These are "weird" enough for my family without me making them one of a kind.In the picts you'll see I do not use half the light arms and left them covered from shipping. Might change that one day, who know...and apparently there is 3 and not 4 bulbs up there. Would not have known! Boys room...yep, that is a glow-in-the dark skull on one side and gravestone on the other. Dangling from the fixture. (And lizards on the ceiling) But you can see the bulbs are where they want them.

Unfortunately, my family room has NO windows and the ceiling fan that I had installed simply didn't provide enough light for me, so we made the choice to sacrifice the fan for additional lighting. My fiance feels that the fixture is MUCH to big for the space but I love it!

I am very impressed with this ceiling light. Some customers reported short cabling, but maybe the company has fixed this as I had plenty of length to connect the cables. Fairly easy install. This light is BRIGHT. I use it in my sewing room and since all the bulbs point different directions, all areas of the room are lit. My room looks so much nicer than my previous light feature. In addition, I think the design looks very modern and interesting. My switch is not dimming, so I cannot comment on that functionality. (as it has been mentioned, bulbs not included) Overall, I would recommend this ceiling light. Only used for about a week so far, and will update if I have any issues.

The design and number of bulbs allows for a great illumination of our kitchen. By adding a dimmer to the equation you have ultimate control with 8 x 60 watt bulbs. Great look. Solid quality.

Was informed by an electrician that this fixture is not legal to install in Canada. It is not certified. So, I am out my money with a used unsafe fixture that I cannot use. Don’t buy this product.
