It's very easy to use.At first I didn't know how to use it but I learned how to use it in time.

For $20 this thing is great. Easily connects to bluetooth, no ear pain after several hours, battery lasted about 5 hours listening to music, light a super comfortable to wear. Only reason four stars, is it will not work in phone mode with my Android smart phone, only for media play back. It notifies you a call is coming in but the call does not work through the headset.

Love this product. Sound is very good and you can hear your surroundings because it sits outside your ear.

For small ears

Hands free light weight sounds great no volume button but turn it up. With phone and it is great

I like it, it’s great if your runnng errands, however doesn’t work well for me at the gym, tends to fall off easily when weight training

When the battery is dying it makes an ear piercing noise. Sound is great though and fits pretty good on my small ears.

I have the hardest time getting these over my ears to stay on and when I do the speaker is not inside my ear.
