This is a great product. I thought it was going to be a hassle but it was very easy. Had to buy a couple of extra things to do the job properly. They only cost an extra £6.00 direct from the firm. The instructions are easy to follow. There is also a YouTube video you can watch before you start. Just to get things straight in your mind. The finished job looks great. Make sure you clean the glass thoroughly before you start though. There is a slight haze once the fime is in place. This has died out in a week. I did have a couple of questions to ask once it had been fitted. I got a prompt reply from my email regarding this. So the after sale service is just as good as the product. Now the film has dried out I can hardly tell its on. All in all, a fab product. I was using this film on my summerhouse. Four windows each of which was 0.5 X 1.5 meters. It took me about 2 hours from start to finish. This included reading the instructions and watching the video. Take your time with it and you shouldn't have any problems. Make sure you have all the right tools at hand for the job though.

While we were putting it up the door's glass broke even further, so we had to change the door rather than having the film on the crack

Brought for my old Victorian sash windows to secure single 4mm glass. Easy to apply apart from trying to get the backing off by yourself. Probably easier with two. I have found since applying that it has helped to keep room warm by insulating the glass. So good I ordered more for the other window.

It did the job, but doesn't look 100% great on an old window that is not totally even with a few chips. If you want it looking good spend extra time finding all those paint spots too, I missed a few I couldnt see - use the youtube video for instructions

Does what it say with easy to understand instructions

Seems like this product does exactly what it is meant to do.I'm a sucker for instructions! I love them and always read them.The instructions that came with this, to me, are a bit long winded with too many steps.I was a little confused so checked out their YT video.What a difference!Clear and concise removing any doubt.If you use this product check out the video first. It really says everything you need.

In the summary product description there was no mention that the item was ONLY to be used on completely flat glass. Only in the additional information did it say for use on all types of flat glass. Turns out if the glass is anything other than baby bottom smooth the product is useless! The company had no sympathy whatsoever for the time wasted in applying this product to slightly frosted glass which then fell off within 72 hours and said it was as described and would only offer a refund for what little of the roll I had left. Poor service, poor but expensive product, avoid!

There is an art to applying this film, and I haven’t mastered it yet.
