I have read up on pine pollen as a supplement for a while now and finally bit the bullet and purchased a bag of Samsara pine pollen. This past week has been a work nightmare with tons of deadlines and stress.... all week I have been sleeping terribly and not enough, not eating the amount and healthy type of food my body needs.... all the stress from work.... Right now it is Sunday evening 9 pm. Today, even though I was so tired from the week, I woke up made breakfast, went on a 4mile hike with my dog, worked out, went grocery shopping cooked dinner.... now as a 41 year old normally this would make me sooo tired at night that all I would want to do and would normally do... is take a shower and lay in bed watching TV then falling asleep...Today was different. After dinner I took my first 2 full scoops of pine pollen mixed with water. It did not have a taste really just tasted like water. However there is a slight pine nut aftertaste which I dont mind because I like pine nuts. Anyways....... I am taking a break from cleaning my house and paying the bills. I enjoyed the feeling this stuff gave, but the zipper seal is cheap and completely came off the bag after a couple uses.

I take a LOT of supplements and I try lots more for at least one bottle, to see if I notice anything. With most of them I do not feel a direct effect, but occasionally I hit the jackpot and I find a supplement that is semi-miraculous for my health---and this is one of them!In fact, out of the hundred or so supplements I've tried, this is in the top three for me. I have recently heard about the miraculous power of pine pollen. I chose this purchase as it was Amazon's choice. I tasted a little out of the bag and it didn't have a bad taste at all, the package read to take it with water, if you can handle the taste. It has a natural nutty taste. I use it in my breakfast smoothie and I'll continue to use it. I'm still in my first week of consuming it and I feel great!

Very effective for libido boost.

The clumping if this product is a little excessive, and I've never had that problem with two other companies! Also the noticable effects were kind of lacking, but maybe I'm to used to it.. the lumps suck though!

This is, by far, the cleanest pine pollen I have encountered. It has a mild, sweet flavor compared to other products which can be gritty and bitter. The flavor is like pine nuts and (any) pollen with a slight resinous overtone. Excellent value for the money.
