Great out of the box then we used it #Second Update - chair is garbage IMO
The media could not be loaded. Love'd it...comfortable easy, came packaged well, even with gloves to keep finger prints off it for assembly......been great for the last month and half, then POP! Welds broke that hold the seat base to the internal seat frame. I'm not that big of a guy - 6'3", 235 so not small, but not over-sized. It broke when I leaned back in it..probably for the first time. Seller or amazon, please replace seat base for me! I have to give it one star as I fell back on the floor when it broke and smacked my head on the floor.**UPDATE** Killabee customer service was nice to work with, but the replacement seat base from them took weeks with no ETA. I called Amazon customer service as I had no where to sit, explained the situation and they just exchanged the entire chair in a few days. I deconstructed the defective seat base, and the welds appeared to be too hot for the steel- creating metal fatigue at the cross beam support bar and a brittle situation. See for yourself.I have a working chair - but I never know if someday it will break again. I have updated the star rating from 1 to 2, as I do have a working chair.....for now.1/25. Leaned back on chair, and pop. Same welds broke. This is a dangerous POS in my opinion. I rate this as DO NOT BUY and I am now out a few hundred dollars and have a broken chair again!! Check out the second video.

Impressed...
This chair and I didn't start off with the best relationship. Going through the instructions, I took inventory of the parts that I had and found out that I was missing 18 screws. This ended up being my fault because if I had read through the instructions and got to step 3, it would have told me that the screws were pre-installed in the chair. I didn't think to read through the instructions to see that. I contacted the manufacturer and let them know that I was missing screws. They were very kind in their reply, to let me know that the screws were actually pre-installed in this chair. After this revelation, I proceeded to assemble the chair. It took about 45 minutes from start to finish. Assembly was fairly straightforward. The instructions are sufficient, but not necessarily required. I was impressed with the quality of materials. I've used chairs previously that have collapsible and swiveling armrests, and they never really last very long. These are much more robust then the office supply store models that I'm used to. The adjustable back mechanism is very sturdy. The tilt mechanism seems very sturdy as well. Time will tell though. The base is made of solid metal tubing shielded by a more visually appealing outer covering. As should be the case for a chair that is advertised for the big and tall owner. One criticism I have is that the casters are all plastic. This seems to be the only weak point in an otherwise very well built chair. I spent a couple minutes in the chair and playing with all the functions to make sure everything worked. They did.I'm not a small guy. I'm 5'10" 350 lbs. My current la-z-boy from Staples is 21" wide. I find myself squeezing between the armrests. This chair is advertised to be 22" wide at the base, and each armrest is able to be adjusted about a half an inch further out. This gives me roundabout 23" between the two armrest pillars and it's perfect. In addition, the front and back adjustability of the armrest platforms really give me the exact fit that I was looking for.I really enjoy that this chairs backrest reclines slightly when the chair leans back. I know there's a lot of chairs on the market that do this, but this is my first. It's one of those features you won't be able to live without going forward. Like a backup camera in your car. Looking forward to putting this chair to work. Thanks!

Pretty good chair
Im 6' 210 average build, this is my second gaming chair. I wanted something bigger where I could spread out my legs a bit and be a little more relaxed when playing. This chair is good but not as good as it could be, it's marketed as a 440LB chair for bigger guys but my butt barely fits in the chair and really doesn't give you a lot of room to SPREAD if you want. The chair is definitely way more comfortable then the others but wish it was bigger then it really is. I think if the seat cushion wasn't as curved and more flat this would be even better. Besides that I think it's a good chair for the price, not AMAZING but a good buy for the current price.

Wonderful chair(Update)
This chair sits higher than my other chairs, but that's not a bad thing. I'm 6'2" so when I get out of the chair, there's less strain on my knees. The chair is a bit firmer than I anticipated but it's not so firm that it's uncomfortable. It's nice to be able to lean back and put the back of the chair at a comfortable angle. My previous chairs were "either or" Either lean the back of the chair back -or- be able to lean the whole chair back. The only cons I have are the arms aren't marked L or R and the included lumbar pillow makes me feel like I'm only halfway in the chair.Over all, this is a very good chair. It's well built, feels heavy duty while staying comfortable. I waver around 280lbs and previous chairs I've had that were rated for my weight range didn't hold up which is why I got the 440lb chair. I believe this chair will last me a long time.**Update**After 18 months of owning this chair, it's not living up to expectations. I'm not near the 400+lb rating for this chair and it's not holding up. The back is failing which is making me need to get cushions to sit behind me to prop myself up. The cushioning in the seat has broken down and I need to put cushions on the seat otherwise I get sharp pains going down my legs from the frame pressing into my legs. If you're looking for a long lasting chair, I suggest a straight back office chair from Serta. Their Big and Tall chairs do last. Bought one and used it a couple years then gave it to my roommate and he's been using it for 2 more years and it's going strong.

Not a lot of comfort
For the price, not really that comfortable. It's big and it's doable, but it's not all that comfortable.
