2nd try at this very poorly made and not user friendly

DO NOT BUY BEFORE KNOWING ITS GOING TO WORK WITH UR PHONE
DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! app won't work on Galaxy 8 v.8.0.0 with out the app everything else is useless ...I was so anxious to get this product and now I'm so upset I can't even use it. It upsets me that I have to go through all the process of sending it back and wait for an (F) refund

Product worked for one week.Company refuses to respond to email

Useful diagnostic tool, great customer service
Very useful, nicely priced camera for inspecting hard to reach locations around the house, car, etc. Can take both pictures and video. Had trouble with initial camera picture being intermittent/showing noise (plugging directly into laptop determined issue was with the camera, not a wifi problem). Contacted SHEKAR Direct customer support and they immediately send out a replacement which is working great. Thank you
