Zapco DSP-Z8 IV II 8-Channel Digital Sound Processor with Digital Streaming

This is my first DSP, I did a ton of research and went out on a limb to buy this one from Zapco and I'm glad I did. It's easy to use, the specs are awesome, and the UI is intuitive and to the point.The crossovers choices are awesome (up to 48db/oct), there's an independent 31 band eq for each channel except the subs, but they still have the lower 11 bands available (10-500Hz). You can link any or all channels together when you set their eq's and levels so you don't have to try to match them all to each other.All 8 Channels have up to 15ms delay.You can add up to 12db of gain to the signal via the main levels.The remote is awesome. It works the main volume, one click in gives you the sub level, one more click in selects from the fully adjustable saves, and one more does the source.You won't be disappointed with this DSP.

Tuning is extremely easy with this processor. Parameters are very customizable, plenty of adjustment range. It can be difficult to connect via Bluetooth app at times, but the ease of use, clean signal, and full adjustability easily outweigh connection issues. No connection issues with a computer. Would buy again (8 channel amp combo is better)

The unit is fantastic for the price. However, I’m having an issue of my computer ‘seeing’ the tune from my installer. Zapco’s customer service does not have a phone # and they have not responded to multiple emails I have sent.
