I bought this because my office moved and we no longer have a dishwasher. I hate wasting plastic every day and do not trust my coworker's hand washing abilities on our shared dishes! Really the only reason I bought this was for the cute case to keep the utensils clean in my desk. Otherwise, I would just bring a set from my house(which I think to would be too long for the case). The silverware is cheap, straight pressed from a sheet of metal. Seems like they try to smooth down the sides a bit, but it's not too comfortable when you're using a bit of force to cut anything. The knife is serrated and it will cut through steak and chicken breast. The size if fine for me, but it is petite. I don't think my husband would like using these. Overall it's ok, I do think it's overpriced, should be like $4-6. Works for what I need it for right now.

I have had it with throwaway plastic ware when I travel, so I want something more substantial and reusable -- this package (minus its knife when I fly) provides me with just what I need, plus a great durable pouch. Quality product, substantial feel in the hand, easily cleaned with no etchings or stampings to catch dirt. I wondered about the chopsticks being part of the set, but I have found them to be very useful not just with sushi but also with other things (think spearing things in small-mouth jars).

I am trying to minimize single-use plastics in my life, but my job often requires me to eat on the run. While I am trying to carry my own food more, when it is not practical, I carry these and stainless steel straws to cut back on my plastic waste. This set is a convenient and compact package to carry in my purse and have ready to avoid grabbing those plastic utensils. The silverware is your basic stainless, nothing fancy. but the neoprene pouch is well made and handy. Very pleased to have this option to help me move toward a minimal waste lifestyle.

After doing a bunch of research, I went with this stainless steel set over a bamboo one because I read the bamboo can hold on to smells with time. I love this set, just slightly shorter handles then a regular set of silverware and the chopsticks are much shorter, but still a comfortable fit in my hand. They are a little tight getting back into the pouch after pulling out, but not a deal breaker for me. I carry these in my purse now and use them daily at work with my lunch. They feel nice and sturdy and I'm excited to have a set to carry around so I use less plastic!

I love these! I've been looking for a set of reusable utensils to use for awhile, but I needed to keep it cheap (poor college student life). I also wanted to make sure the set included chopsticks so it could handle any food situation. I keep the set in my purse, or car if it won't fit in purse, so they're on hand whenever I need them. Great for work, camping, or a trip to the mall and you really want that yummy smelling Chinese food but hate the waste of plastic.They are pretty lightweight and kept compact thanks to the case (which is also great if there is anything left on your utensils you can't wash away before getting home, because it won't bleed through and get on anything else). The knife is slightly serrated so can handle any task a plastic knife could, but I'd stick with a steak knife if you want a nice steak. they all feel pretty sturdy, not easily broken or bent even when kept in a purse with other things all the time. My only complaint is that the spoon is more of a soup spoon than your average table spoon, but it is perfectly acceptable for all smaller spoon needs and you can eat soup if you want. And the price really can't be beat. Seriously. Overall a great product great price and lasting purchase.

Spotless and useful. One minor nit to pick, but as you can see, I didn't lower the score because of it. Nit: I want something smaller than Tb sized for a spoon. I think I get why these sets all have one, but I use this primarily for eating outdoors at lunch. I've never used a soup spoon for that.Anyway, fixed with a 99-cent spoon from nearby thrifty chain. And the soup spoon itself is still high-quality.

I have had one of these that I use for my work lunches. I love that it includes chopsticks, we often order Chinese when our group decides to do a lunch run. I have one of every color to give to my nieces for their school lunches. The soft neoprene-like material of the carry case is brilliant. It’s zippered so it not falling out and keeps the entire thing light weight.

This set is fine. I actually got it to keep at work since there is always a silverware shortage there. The quality seems fine. I love that is comes with chopsticks and the cool orange zipper bag to keep it in. I think for what you get it is a bit expensive since the silverware is nothing special. You could go to the goodwill and pick up some used mismatch silverware and stick in a zipper pouch that you have or you could boy one •.
