This product is very well made and should last a good long time. The straps keep it in place on the chair and allow it to be attached higher or lower on the back as needed. The foam is of a nice density and the curves of the cushion are very comfortable. Unfortunately, this cushion did not alleviate my back pain (nor has any one I've tried yet). I think perhaps my particular problem is more mid-back than lumbar related. I contacted the seller and they gave me a full refund, as well as allowing me to avoid the hassle of returning the product. Absolutely stellar customer service! For that alone they get 5/5 stars. And I can't really fault the product, other people seem to love it and I can see why. While it didn't "cure" my particular problem, nothing else has either, and this IS one of the most comfortable cushions of this sort I've tried. The curves all feel great and very natural, the foam density and feel is spot on, not too squishy or too hard, and the "massage" bump or whatever it's called is really unique and feels great too.

I am a designer and I have to retouch hundreds of images, so I have to sit it in my office all day. I had spondylosis because of my job therefore I want a lumbar pillow to relieve my back pain.There are thousands of results on Amazon, and I don’t know which one suits me until I see Recci. I have to say it’s beautiful and different with other lumbar pillow.To be honest, I’m totally attracted by its 3D massage point which has a special function among the pillows from the advertisement. So I tried it and it’s super relax and supportive. Its design conforms to my curve of spine exactly ..... Also its massage point is amazing. Unlike an ordinary lumbar pillows, it gently massages my back, and it wouldn’t make me feel a little uncomfortable. If you want to experience the massage point, buy this pillow, a recommended office necessity.

This back support is a good size and feels very good on my back. Yay!!The only caution is that it comes with a mild, weird chemical smell and needs to be aired out for a day or so, before you use it.I had a mattress topper arrive with the same smell, and it does fade.Just place this pillow next to a window for the first day!Other than that, it works great and I like it.Packaging was great.

I love this lumbar pillow and it is made of 100% memory foam. I have took off the cover and press the pillow core, it is very soft and rebouce with 5s. It is obviously to see its good quality. My back got hurt when I danced in the party and that is the reason I want to buy a pillow to ease my back pain. This pillow works well, now my back pain is gone but I still enjoy to sit with it. Very comfortable!

Pillow is fairly plush and looks nicer than my previous back support pillow. It just doesn’t help my back as much as my older one did, doesn’t seem to provide sturdy support for my lower back.

The package arrived sooner than expected, thanks Amazon. I use it in my car for a week and did not worry about the deformation at all. I have bought two lumbar pillow before, unfortunately, both of them are seriously deformed. I have to drive for a long time every day and it could be imagined that how painful my back is. Since I have this cushion, my back is no longer as painful as it used to be....Oh, the massage point is wonderful, facing the most painful part on my back...really relaxing! So happy with it.

This is among the best lumbar supporst I have ever had. The little soft notch in the center perfectly supports my back. The design of this particular pillow helps support the lower part of my midback which is my problem area. The material is very soft. The light gray color goes well with most everything. I had one of these and left on a subway. I am glad to have replaced it with an identical one.

I wanted to like this; the material it was made out of was very soft and it was a nice size for what I needed. However, this support is too soft for its own good. What good is a back SUPPORT that just squishes as you lean into it? Unfortunately, this SUPPORT did nothing but squish for me, and I returned it. If you're truly looking for SUPPORT I'd look elsewhere.
