The shape is a double punch in your g-spot! This thing is versatile! Love to use it as a plug while just relaxing around the house. It stays in because of the double neck. I love, love this butt plug. I'd been looking for a toy in the 3" diameter range that was deep, wide, and had a stem that would not fatigue my outer sphincter after a couple of minutes of play. I found it. I've only inserted it fully twice so far for about five to ten minutes, but it's only a matter of time before I'll be able to walk around much longer with the deep, full stretch I've been craving. Getting this all the way in feels like such an accomplishment!!! The plug is firm yet pliable enough to be maneuvered around inside my butt without any sharp pains. The suction base works well, but my most comfortable insertion position is sitting on the edge of the toilet with my arse over the bowl, using two hands to hold the base and inserting the plug from behind and under while sitting on the edge. As the plug goes up my butt, I move to the edge of the toilet seat and place the base of the plug there and just sit on it until it slowly moves all the way in. This is an incredible, full feeling. The gape after I pull it out is awesome.

I have had this one many many years ago and bought it again and it feels differently. Definately not for beginners. Its thick and its beefy. The head pops in nicely and the barrel stretches you out. I can almost pop in through my inner muscle, only if the upper neck was about an inch longer, then perfect.The material is vry soft and smooth. Its a bit compressible and why I only gave 4 stars; so when you bear down, it may not pass through as intended.Dimensions for those who ask:Overall length is 7-3/4 inches, about 6-3/4 insertable.The head is 1-3/4 tall and 2-1/2 inches: NOT for the beginner!The first neck is about 1-1/2 tall by 1-5/8 wide; so it keeps you open and prepared for the barrel.The barrel measures about 2-3/4 tall and width starts at about 21/2 and tapers down to 2-7/8 wideThe lower neck is about 1-1/2 tall by 1-1/2 to 1-5/8 wide.

I wish the picture showing the product included a ruler to show for scale. It's really a lot bigger than I imagined. As for the shape, it /looks/ intimidating, but as long as you take it slow there isn't a problem. I think it would be much easier to use with someone else inserting it for you, but I can't think of a way to improve the product to fix this. I ended up not using it because of how long and large it is. To use it without risking a big gross mess from your back door, you really need to have some sort of enema kit to rinse you out with, and I prefer a toy that doesn't need that much prep.

It was kinda flattened like it partially melted, probably from contact with the plastic packaging, I'll make sure to keep it away from my other toys. With that out of the way, this thing was all but perfect, great length, the first ball pops in perfectly and stays, allowing you to push the others in. The last ball gave me a little trouble, but all I had to do was twist it and it slid in. Personally think the spikes could be a little longer, more prominent, but that might be a victim of the packaging "melting" it

There is nothing specifically wrong with the size or shape, and were it of another material like medical grade silicone, I would be fine with it. As it is, immediately upon opening the package it smelled very strongly, which is an indicator of toxic substances. Unfortunately, sex toy manufacturers are not legally obligated to tell the truth about what is in their products, and in some cases the manufacturers themselves may not know. Because of the chemical risk - and the suspicious lack of the item on Doc Johnson's own website - I returned it. While not a chemist and unable to verify if it is in fact toxic, I am not willing to take the risk.

I'm waiting for a ride to the emergency room as I write this. Seriously. Worst $15 I have ever spent.The other two other times I used this thing didn't result in medical emergencies and were pretty epic.1/5
