The support line and contact info is FALSE (someone at Amazon OR the seller put a restaurant in Blacksburg, VA. These folks have received many calls (which makes me think the product has needed much support) and they have contacted Amazon and Ebay to correct the information, but as of 02/28/2021, Amazon has failed to do so.As far as product review: We bought this December 2019 and it just stopped working. The button didn’t light up. I thought we blew a fuse so we reset the outlets. The Zeppoli milk warmer and frother was the only thing that did NOT work. 2 year kitchen appliance... was hoping for a better lifespan on this item. When it worked, I liked it but you had to clean it right away which was good but added to the routine. Now that it went dead, I have no valid support line to call or email AND if I don’t have access to someone willing to help resolve the problem or understand what went wrong, I highly doubt I’ll purchase from them again. I look forward to a response.

This not only makes the BEST foam for your latte or other drink, it has another purpose: to add warm/hot milk for your overnight oats!I have loved this thing for about 3 years, ever since my daughter introduced me to cappuccino breve coffee drinks. Never could get the hang of the foamers with a wand on espresso machines...So bought one of these, and loved it so much, got another one for when this one goes out so I don't have to live without it!But recently, I "discovered" overnight oats with organic sprouted steel cut oats (the best healthy type of oats) I used to make it with heavy cream which meant I had to put it in the fridge overnight, then it was SO COLD! So then, I began making it with a water kettle and then storing it on the counter, but wanted the creamyness of the milk....What to do? I though about my foamer, which also heats up the foam...voila!So now, I use water, and let it soak then use this foamer to heat/foam the 1/2 & 1/2 and just stir it into my oats. The foam goes away, but I wanted the heated milk anyway. So....if you hesitate to get an appliance that only has one use, then do worries as this one has at LEAST two uses!

I have yet to have this for more than a week, but I use it every day and it’s freaking incredible! I was debating on whether to return it as soon as I got it because I realized that I have a microwave and those are pretty good at, like, heating things up (weird, right?). I pulled it out just to see if there was any difference in taste or texture and oh my Lordy if it ain’t dadgum good. It’s like the milk gods came down and blessed this hunk of machinery with their almighty heating/frothing goodness. It’s warm, light, and just the right amount of froth. I have yet to have it crap out on me, so let’s hope that doesn’t happen.

Stands up to us— 3x a day, 7 days a week.. The only reason for four stars is no foamer has a way to keep the milk from dripping down the front and then onto the bottom. We just keep a handy paper towel to wipe it up quick. We love the included spatula! Other foamers ( we have had at least a dozen ) in the past did not include that, and overtime the non-stick bottom wears off.

Purchased as a gift for a niece who is now into frothy milk after a trip to Spain.She was super excited to receive, so there you go.

I cannot recommend this product enough. My husband and I love lattes, but we were tired of spending money on overpriced ones. This is very easy to use (one push of a button) and takes only a few minutes. I don't use the frothing feature because I don't like froth, but the one time I tried it, it definitely produced enough.I also found this good for delicately reheating teas and coffees that have gotten a little cold, without the weird microwave taste.

I wish I was able to just turn the heat on separately. It froths so fast that my milk does not have time to heat. I had hoped to be able to heat without frothing every time, and when the milk is cold from the fridge it barely gets to room temperature. I will keep it as I already threw out the packaging, but I wish I had realized there was no separate heat function.

Nice little frother for making lattes and cappuccinos. This was bought as a gift as I have one and my friends love the way it makes foam for coffee recipes. Only issue is the milk does burn on the bottom and requires GENTLE scrubbing. They provide a special tool for cleaning.

Two months after this stopped making foam but it just heated the milk! Waste of money since I can just heat milk in the microwave

I honestly wasn't expecting much from this milk frother, but it exceeded my expectations and has definitely improved my morning coffees and afternoon/evening teas. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately after 1 month it stopped doing the froth.
