This item is perfect for me! I have high arches and these insoles have just the right amount of support. One side note : when placing inside shoes, you may need to remove the original flat sole the shoe comes with because it may become too tight around the middle of the foot otherwise. I may also consider buying a half size up from what I wear so I can avoid removing anything. Hope this helps!
