I have been drinking alkaline H2 water for years. So, when we heard about this new book I ordered the color version on Amazon. A very apt name. This book covers unlimited benefits of drinking H2 water to improve or avoid many health problems for the rest of my life. So, I love the title! I am a very critical reader. So, I was ready to critique this book to death! Instead, I found the entire book to be thorough, descriptive and detailed. I also like the way it is written for a global audience. Steven’s writing style is warm and he does not talk down to his readers; he has a conversation with us. Reviewing the table of contents allowed me to gain an understanding of what salient items are covered. Very quickly, Steven focuses on acidity and alkalinity, which are keynotes. Their importance cannot be overlooked. He further delves into cellular, sub-cellular structure, DNA and bio-availability. Especially intriguing is his mention of cancer and how H2 water can impact that dilemma. Also, he unveils our problems with plastics! Mention of H2 water therapy covers a swath of data, which is complimented by his explanation of how to consume H2 water and eat normal meals. It’s easy! He even includes a chapter on pets since they are precious members of most families. He closes with a science-oriented discussion on the value of H2 water and supplies testimonials regarding its many benefits. One surgeon wrote about his wife’s hair growing back! In conclusion, I found his literary piece original, a joy to read, and learned so many new things about hydrogen water therapy. For sure, we will be drinking H2 Water 4 Life!” – Geoff B.

I totally drank in the pages... one by one... with such a thirst for knowledge regarding “H2 Water 4 Life” ... ok, now seriously, I’ve always been interested in holistic / healthy / natural pathways to a better way to living. Something as simple as water, who knew... well, there have always been knowledgeable resources out there in the world. I refer to the years where I intently followed pointers from the “the health bible” which I called it... Back To Eden for everyday answers on a healthy path was only one of them. Used to even purchase powdered herbs and encapsulate my own concoctions for personal usage. I suppose that’s what finally led me to becoming a Certified Massage Therapist and a Wellness Coach. My thirst for knowledge regarding a better level of health ended up with me purchasing a Tyent Water filter unit... had such a great health response I then purchased a more powerful unit... so, now we have 2 in our home. It was only recently that a very good friend of the family shared with me my personal COLORED copy of “H2 Water 4 Life”. I was happy to discover this amazingly simplified information which was collected and shared with us. But, this is only the tip of the literal iceberg. Some of the knowledge I had previously gleaned from other resources. But, this is truly a simpler explanation. So much is out there and a second edition I hear that’s in the works is going to be available soon to bring us closer to a fuller understanding... Finally getting a deeper look into what and why H2 Water does what it does.
